I hope everyone is doing really well!!?!? I cannot believe August is no longer considered a 'newborn' anymore like where on earth did that time goooo?!!?!?!!
This is what my current solo mum bedtime/nighttime routine looks like with a 9 week old baby and a one year old toddler. They are both growing so fast so I wanted to film this to remember the crazy times and look back on haha!
Having 2 under 2 can be SO hard and learning how to juggle everything can feel impossible at times. You just have to learn to embrace the mess, the chaos and know that it doesn't last forever so I try to enjoy it as much as possible. I'm not super woman and this is just how I cope on my own when their dad is away with work and I am on my own looking after 2 babies under 2. It's definitely not a pretty sight and I'm probably doing a million things wrong but I am trying my best :)
Breastfeeding a 9 week old while looking after a toddler is HARD WURK and I am struggling to put him down at the moment? I'm also learning new coping mechanisms for Amari's tantrums and trying to find ways to be an organised mum but I'll be honest its NOT WORKING ahahah xxx

My 2 year old used to loovveeee drinking her bath water it killed me! Lol. Thank goodness she stopped. She’s about to be 3 now. Loved this. SO real! 😍

Your doing a great job hun! I got two girls 4 and 1 and it's still tough at those ages to. It's a struggle most the time and each stage is difficult. Embrace it as they grow so quick. Don't worry about socks at bedtime unless your house is cold xxx

you made me feel so much better about my situation, i have a 20 month old and a 3 week old , my husband works nights sometimes and its been so hard for me especially at bedtime with the kids 😭

I really enjoyed this video. I had 3 babies under 2 yrs old. I do not know how I got through it but I did. I had twins after my son. Anyway it was a breath of fresh air watching you and your honesty was valued very much. Most channels I watch are American and I enjoy them but they tend to gloss over the difficult times and its not realistic. So yeah I loved your realness here. Just subscribed .

Thank you for sharing.. just found your channel! I've been there - I had to nurse my baby while sitting on the toilet and my toddler was in the bath. She kept drinking the bath water since she was 19 months but she stopped a few months ago (she's now 3). I don't think it will do them any harm just kinda gross lol. Some days it is harder than others but they grow up fast. My baby is now almost 11 months and almost walking but still not sleeping through the night. It is what it is - thy don't stay little for long so I try to enjoy every moment.

Omg Anna you will be amazing ❤️👏🏼 you’re already an incredible mama!!! The only downside is that the water isn’t very warm because obviously you have to have it safe for the baby! (I normally like a hot bubble bath but I don’t put bubbles in either in case it irritates his skin!) but it’s a nice bonding moment and he loves it and stays nice and calm so it’s semi relaxing 😂❤️ or as relaxing as it gets these days haha! I love it such special times we won’t get for long!!!! They grow too fast 🥲🥲🥲 xxxxx

Thank you for this routine. Just a quick question. Once you put your daughter down, how does she get to sleep independently? Mine is used to being held to sleep but I can't do that with a newborn who need to feed at the same time or is kicking off. I have no idea how to get her to sleep with my newborn as having my newborn around distracts her and she won't sleep
Hi lovely sorry for only just getting back to you. I hope you are doing okay! I'm not going to lie I struggled but while I was pregnant I suffered with pregnancy sickness so my partner often put our toddler to bed and I think that made her settle quicker as I would bf her to sleep so he managed to get her in a routine of bath, book and bed. We would just keep going back in if she wasn't settling and gradually she got better. It does get better and some how it all falls into place and you find your new routine.
