Just have 2 questions: 1) For those of us who don't have any CS work yet on our resume and want to get our first job, do you think it's better to apply to "Customer Success Associate" jobs first? 2) Besides Course Careers, what are some other programs you think are important to have on our resume before applying? (For example: Salesforce?) Thanks!

Hey! Salesforce is definitely a plus; the majority of the companies I've worked for have used Salesforce. Power BI is another tool I would recommend researching, as it is used frequently in customer service (CS) roles. One important thing to consider is finding the industry you would like to work in, such as healthcare or finance, and start looking for entry-level associate CS roles in that field
