Give me some secrets on putting something like this together
Hey, we always re-reserve the same location for every year. We have a small family committee and own most of the supplies we use. We plan a year out. Everyone is designated to bring a genre of food and drinks. We plan for 150. We don’t do Tshirts to cut down on costs. We Bluetooth music on a couple speakers to cut down on dj costs. I also cook lots of extras so we don’t run out. Split the pots help to recoup costs of location rental for the next year. Hope this helps a lil. Happy planning

Hey, it was a free evening. Nothing planned. Church the next morning and goodbyes. Are you planning a reunion in the city?
@ItsBeyondGee yes we are, and yours was so nice, I watched the video a couple times, we were planning at twilliger lodge, for picnic and later an event.
