Getting enough sleep always fuels my next day...and that is dependent on me catching my nightly sleep train. I love my evening ritual - when I do it! - of personal hygiene and care, followed by reading with soft lull-me-to-sleep music playing on a timer. Works everytime!
There is so much here that is helpful I don't know where to start. Love the example of how lists and appointments boost consistency. Small things done daily create big results! Great video!
Hi. Great video! 1) Please check template link, one below does seem to work and 2) Need instruction how to create this page in Todoist, is this in "project area"'?
What's your favorite morning, mid-day, or evening routine that fuels your day?
Mornings: stretch, meditation, writing, coffee, dog. All necessary to set the tone for the day!

Love it - what kind of music lulls you to sleep?
@@theadventureagency531 whatever Google Home decides to play when I ask for "put me to sleep music" ! 😆
Thanks for the templates man!

Great video thanks! I have downloaded the template but don't see any links to the stretches etc. under comments. Can you please share those with us?
Such a great video. Thanks a lot. 👍🥰
Hi, nice video! How do you go about recreating this routine the next day? Do you uncheck the completed tasks every day?
Thanks! When you set the top level routine to ‘repeat daily’ it will automatically show up every day
@@theadventureagency531, However, the subtasks should be unchecked every day otherwise they remain checked. It is very boring. Is there another way?
So, if you don't do a task, how do you mark it as "not done"? If you don't check it off as "complete" it stays in your list as an overdue task.
Just starting w ToDoist again. Did you ever find a solution?
Thank you SO MUCH for making this clear and simple for me to implement with the Todoist template! ♥️ And I gotta admit...the cute emojis help. 😉
