Awesome cake - I'm in love with it. I have a question - is the buttercream you used stable enough so it doesn't soften once covered by the fondant? I work in a very warm climate and unless I cover my cakes with ganache, the buttercream always seems to soften underneath the fondant - many thanks!
Hi there I always use butter in every cakes I made, yes it’s softened under the fondant once it’s out of the fridge and left out at the room temp, and in kuwait is super hot 🥵 and sometimes it’s super cold 🥶, I just less and add something from the ingredients of butter cream frosting for the cake to be stable enough
