The exact same lesson that is taught through yoga and meditation. Our soul is a reflection of our lives. Hi Elsie, I too am not a healer but I love her teachings, they make better sense of my and family's person lives. Feels as if she's talking to me as I most of her teachings are things that I have conversations with myself anyone who wants to listen.
I'm Haitian last year while I sat home a voice in my head asking me who you are? I said I'm Haitian, but I know Haitian it just a nationality not my ethnicity so ik got my laptop and Google where in Africa Haitian people are from, since than I found the true meaning of my life I've grown so much spiritually much much happier now. I had to dream back to back on Saturday April 19 , Sunday 20 . Sunday dreamed I found myself in a space I have to cross a small bridge while I was walking on that wood bridge is was so thin I was scared not to fall and when I looked under I see so many snakes laying under water and a voice told me grabbed some I did took a bunch a baby snake they were so white one of them bite me and some trying to get out on the shells I picked and i killed the one that was trying to escape. Please please give me a idea of what is going on and my third eye open too in that period.
