i added cosmic cyclones for firekings to counter fireking island and it's been doing Okay. it performed better than handtraps IMO but that's no surprise since fireking snake eye can play through a lot of handtraps. i also caved in and played 46 because I wanted more handtraps. the md shuffler this season has been weird to me and either makes me brick going first or it gives me god going first hands when i go second. Now that I'm done with stage 1 I can try and finish the pure run on ladder despite the bad luck I keep getting! I'm currently in Master rank 2 and just need a last push and a bit of luck. UPDATE: I finished the pure run and I'm now Master 1! in the last game I traded gryphon for typhone because I noticed my opponent had delay so It was maxx c in my mind and I wanted to kill him as soon as possible but despite that he made it harder for me by drawing a one off which made me play into nib more but I had to do it.
I agree with you stating that the shuffler was crazy. Giving you either full gas or bricked up all hand-traps. I played Mannadium and used a 47 card deck with mix of both Handtraps and Board breakers as non-engine. Namely Red Reboot had given me quite plenty wins since there's a handful of players using stun or trap based decks. I mostly use it to counter Imperm and Possibly Labyrnth (Which I somehow did not face any???). Anyways, great job on getting both Max DLV and Master 1. I'd practice more with D/D/D too, so I can be like you.
Have you faced Runick Sky Striker? I managed to build the same board like on the first replay on turn 1, then got wiped by Runick Sky Striker on turn 2 😅
i didn't but i face regular sky striker from time to time on ladder. only runick decks I face are stun variants and some bystial runick but never gotten striker runick
I wonder if there's any chance you could do a crossover between the other anime deck youtuber like Jaden br (Hero) or Zedlock (RDA), that would be sick, like a series of duels/tourney or an anime duel using the characters fx and all, that's my dream lol
Because the opponent could use baron before playing any other card and if that happend he could nuke the board but he would lose the zeus for no reason

i was hoping he would use baronne to summon but he didn't so I had to zeus otherwise he pops zeus in main phase
