Keep in mind that the entire time she's anxious about what's coming next, in addition to possible anxiety from being on camera. Like, I wouldn't be surprised if some streamers' heart rates during a normal stream are about 15-20 bpm more than their true resting heart rate. They're trying to pay attention to chat and game or whatever else, so I wouldn't really call it "resting" heart rate.

Heart rate depends on age, health, exercise and other factors. So unless you know the other person well, you can't actually say whether that's a good or a bad thing.
However, slower heart rates are associated with a healthy lifestyle according to many.

My heart rate goes from 60 bpm to 140+ bpm just by standing up. That's scarier than you can imagine. It's called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome

I relate so much on fearing sudden movements and surprises, I guess like anything you don't expect. I'm good with heights, ghosts, blood; Give me a snake, a spider, anything but the moment it disappears and I don't where it is, I'm crying. Maybe years of hide and seek with my siblings and them just jumping out have me traumatized.
