Alot of times when we focus on judging another person we become tainted in disgust and we lower our thought. We then become enslaved in the enemies fruits inside our spirit. Our light or connection with God is above this judgment and needs to be surrendered. God is the judge to each and therefore do not become to have a plank in your eye blocking you from the light of God fully covering all things all matters with, for, around, with in you.
Judging in my situation is protecting myself from his toxic dangerous xploitive predatory behaviour.
Of course that’s discernment which I talked about in the video
