My daughter was killed by a woman that was speeding and the only thing happened to her was 90 days in jail. The legal system is so F’up
I'm so sorry for your loss ... My heart goes out to you and yours ❤️
That is so very sad. NM has led the states in "distracted driving" deaths (READ: texting) for the last 3 years. 14 PER MONTH on average. Our legislature spends an inordinate amout of time on frivolous innane laws and making sure our license plates have just the right "chili pepper" on it.
My mother in law was killed by a woman distracted as she put on her make up while going to work and blew through a stop light. Mom was doing her daily 2 mile walk to keep her heart strong. The woman got 3 or 4 years in prison -- the courtroom was full of moms relatives and family at the trial. Mom is still missed 20 years later. The woman never apologized.
@@dianealden9293 how absolutely heartbreaking... On every level. I'm so sorry your family and friends had to go through that. May she rest in peace ❤️
I'm so sorry for your loss😢 but me personally I would have lost it! 90 days and u took my child from! I would sit n prison with a smile on my face because she wouldn't be able to live her life, with me knowing she took my child forever 😢
All the people going to the hit police car to make sure they were ok restored my faith in humanity

It was STUPID! She could have been paralyzed for life! WAIT FOR EMS!! As an ER doctor I’ve seen car accidents that ended up paraplegics and worse if ignorant bystanders decide to get involved!!! WAIT FOR EMS!!
@@nuschlerclark895she could feel her fingers and toes. They got the car upright and kept her stationary in the car until EMS arrived. Her being sideways and hyperventilating/panicking was more likely to cause damage if she was seriously injured…but thanks for the input doc 😂

Disgraceful
There are no words for that… 😡

It's legislators who make the laws. You don't like it... complain to them.
As a retired paramedic... I've seen even worse. Why else do you think legislators are so hard on manufacturing YET so lenient on offenses?!?.. laws by legislators!!!
Wisconsin is far too lenient. Speeding, running a traffic light, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, causing an accident… wtf why isn’t she in prison with a license ban???
He ⬆️ is not a doctor. 🤪
I think it's the courts that are too lenient. We need to have far harsher punishments which may act as a deterrent.
Them and Michigan!!!! Agreed. They especially hate baby daddys and seem to always believe the crazy women. It's super gross
Liberal judges favor the thugs.
contact your state lawmakers (relentlessly) and demand mandatory minimum sentences. This will not allow DA's and judges to have so much discretion in sentencing.

We were hit by a drunk driver in Oregon, WI... he lost control of his BMW SUV, flew into a field, and rather than let off the gas, kept going and tried to come back on the road...causing him to launch into the side of our Honda Odyssey. Every window shattered and our girls mouths were filled with glass. We were very lucky none of us was seriously hurt... one daughter had sat in the back because we were picking up their friend... that's the side that was smashed in. He tried to drive away with all of his airbags deployed. The cops cuffed him... then his daughter showed up and took him home. WTF. First offense in WI is an invite to a second offense.
It's so good to see people helping 😮
I believe your story. I’m so glad you and you kids are good. That’s scary as hell. It’s disgusting and disappointing that her was aloud to be picked up. He should have spent at least one night in jail. That makes me so angry 😠
Police officers are human too. I loved that everyone came to their aid. My two sons are law enforcement officers, one of my sons has been hit x2 by drunk drivers while out on patrol, my bro in law is a motor officer, he also has been hit 2xs, by a drunk driver 🤬🤬🤬🤬
This is another reason police don’t get paid enough. Their lives are in constant danger ‼️
This whole beginning of the video made me cry I was in chills for the officers I’m so glad they are okay 🫶🏾🫶🏾❣️
"i'v never been in a car accident" and just her luck she is in one of the worse accidents to have....the car she was in flipped. so scary.
It can get depressing when we realize how many drunks, thieves, and lunatics are walking around free.
THAT is an understatement!
Isn't that the truth!?!
It's why I carry.
If a car crash induces that level of panic in the officer, i worry about how she would do in a gunfight or other stressful situation.
I was thinking the same thing. Not that a car accident isn’t scary, but cops are meant to be trained in stressful situations so they can maintain their composure and do their job.
Yeah. She doesn't need to be in that line of work
I was thinking the exact same thing because a job like this can really test your limits. And if you can't handle it emotionally or physically it's time to find a new job
That isn’t really a fair assessment for many reasons. She could be going into shock which is not something she can control plus trauma affects every person differently. Under high stress situations dealing with the public she may be just fine bc it doesn’t activate her fight, flight or freeze. When military personnel get PTSD from service do we then say “well they should not have served”? Usually they supported but bc she is a woman it’s looked at differently.
Study the effects of trauma then see if your mind changes.
It’s shock.
Those bystanders: Freakin’ Superheroes!
I love how this officer was so personable and really touched his officer and some of the ppl that helped flip them back over..
They shouldn't upright a flipped vehicle with victims inside! It could kill her!
Drunk drivers just totally DISCUST me!!!😖
SHE WAS ONLY SIGHTED WITH A LICENSE VIOLATION??? SHE BLEW A RED LIGHT!! SHE COULD HAVE KILLED THEM!!!! WTF!!
You really don't need to tell us what we are already seeing.

This is a strange video. It repeats footage multiple times. It’s hard to tell the chronology.
Washington State released a man for his 21st drunk driving offence. That is mind boggeling how this "NO BAIL" is empacting each and every driver. Judges need to be schooled on the impact they're causing!!
It’s the new bail reforms and soft on crime policies. It’s disgusting
I love the way those people did their very best to help,in that first video.
That Anita Locke girl is in a WHOLE HEAP OF TROUBLE!!!
I never find a drunk funny. They actually disgust me.
It is Never funny. Ever
Yeah, I drove taxis for around 9 months. I did not have the temperament for it. I just do not do drunks.
Of all the drugs people use nothing creates rage, violence and catastrophe the way alcohol does.
Drunks and meth heads piss me off. I never feel any sympathy for them. They are the most selfish aholes on the planet.
That damn witch that almost hit that cop should be ashamed of herself🤬how the hell don’t you see a car upside down and that you’re supposed to slow down?! Are you kidding me?! 😡

I ran my Honda Accord under a semi. Had plenty of time to think while the FD cut me out of my car. I was pretty calm considering I came within a split second of being decapitated. HOWEVER as soon as I was on the stretcher I started shaking uncontrollably and vomiting. Except for a bunch of scrapes and a broken hand I was ok physically. But the resulting PTSD and nightmares were so brutal. Turns out I was slowly losing my vision and I only drove 1 more time before I had to surrender my license. I’m still calm as heck in an emergency but lose it after. I understand why she lost it. Bad accidents are terrifying
The Locke case is disgusting, only charged with that!!
Re Tracy: You cant tell me that the guy didnt know she was drunk before she got behind the wheel, smh. He then acts shocked when she had an accident🤦♀️🙄. He shouldve taken her keys so she couldn't drive!
I don't understand why the commentary. Were watching it ya know
Because it's just compiled content from other UA-camrs. As opposed to going through databases of police records to find something interesting, requesting and combing through police reports, filing (and usually paying for) FOIA requests to the relevant agencies for video footage, curating and editing hours of video, then finally posting the result on UA-cam and hoping for a good response, it's much easier to just repost videos from others that did all of that. Adding useless narration makes it feel less like stealing, and bypasses copyright issues under fair use because the uploader is "adding value".
Believe me it's not adding value. Its actually made me switch off.Shut the f@ck up mate!!!! The viewers are not stupid!!! 😫

I had someone drive into me in the exact same place as that first accident, mine was only low speed but damn it's terrifying to think you actually could've been hurt and you'd never see it coming. Feel for the female officer 😢
Absolutely, because it can happen out of nowhere. In my accident, I got really cold and went into shock. I have pain everyday still from the accident.
WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING CONVICTED ....
they should ALL be in prison and never aloud to drive again.
Its super annoying how you cut this video... jumping in time back and for again and again- hard to follow what happening.
I was raised by a alcoholic that drove drunk all the time with us kids in the car often. I am thankful every day his reckless stupidity didn't cost someone else their life.
What a wonderful community!! Blessings to all of you!
I guess seeing isn't believing until this fellow narrates a description of what I just watched. He has close to 2 million subscribers so maybe lots of viewers need confirmation. "Did I just see what I thought I saw?" "Maybe. Let me double the video length by going over the details. And for example, if you don't know what a license plate is or the difference between a driver and a passenger I will put red circles around them to help you out! You're welcome!"
Female cop needs to find a different job. She is not a partner i could have confidence to have my back. Totally not the job for her
NARRATORS ON VIDEOS LIKE THIS ARE BEYOND USELESS.
Those Brothers in that stolen car are shooting sum boy.
Even mild car accidents are terrifying the first time you experience them. That bad of an accident being her first one had to be traumatizing.
That first video of the car hitting the police car was tragic. I teared up for how awful this was.
What's with the after-the-fact narration?
It driving me nuts😫
I have a blind friend and when I post pictures or videos on my Instagram I always write a full description as well so that she can take part in the posts as well!
Blind people like to watch UA-cam videos, be on social media etc. just like everyone else!
@@Lifewith_Ella_and_FindusStop spamming that on every comment already. The narrator shouldn't even include video if he's gonna explain every little detail. Catering to the 2-3 blind folks who listen to UA-cam is alienating everyone else. This channel is ridiculous..

Thanks to those good citizens for acting with courage and concern.
Me and 4 others walking in a parking lot got hit by a Drunk driver going 40 mph in a parking lot and he only served 3 years. I spent 2 weeks in the burn unit and got a lifetime of pain..he got out and within 2 weeks of his release, he beat the mother of his child within an inch of ending her life. He again got 3 years and served 18 mo. Of that sentence. Our legal system and sentencing guidelines are disgusting. There's no justice for victims, only the defendants life and liberty are important.
No disrespect intended...you have some of the freshest and most interesting content...I actually follow this channel....but you must be watching these videos with the seeing and hearing impaired...
jesus i dislike when you people that post videos talk thru the whole thing just play the damn video and be quite
This one was especially bad!
Guess what happens if they do that? The video gets taken down for copyright. Try using your brain instead of making dumbass comments.
and all they do is repeat what is said and describe what happens in the footage, the footage we are all watching, it is so stupid.
Annoys the hell out of me too , I won't be watching anymore from Him/Her
I don't mind it (I actually appreciate it) when the narration provides context as to what's going on that isn't made obvious by the footage (i.e. preceding events not caught on camera, things lost in the chaos of a complicated situation, structuring together several different things happening all at once, etc). Many channels do an excellent job of this. A play-by-play of exactly what can be seen on screen adds little to nothing, except maybe to those who are visually impaired. For example, there's no point in a voice over that says "Body cam footage shows the cop approaching the black SUV with a flashlight in his hand" when that's exactly what we see. I get that there's an incentive to add something to videos that are just taken straight from other channels, but still. At least the uploader didn't try to remove the watermarks, but might have at least provided the original video links. I'll assume they got permission from the primary uploaders.
I also don't appreciate unprofessional and unqualified speculation. There's no panic attack going on here, that's a perfectly normal, healthy, and expected reaction to being injured and nearly killed in a violent car crash. Panic attacks last much longer than a minute or two, have a repeatable pattern, and are not as easily and quickly controlled. The video editing does make her seem more panicky than she actually is (you can tell by the timestamps) but that's an artifact of combining several different camera angles of one short incident. Either way it's not some new insight that the original uploader (Incident Response in that case) didn't notice.
All the ppl running to help the officers in the first clip have me tearing up a little.
One beer?!? How many shots? lol
One beer, no shots, but trashed as all hell 🤦🏻♀️ yeah
Im glad they are ok. What happened to the other people who hit them?
The same thing happened to me but in reverse. The cops crashed into my girl and my car, PARKED, in a parking space. They were chasing a drunk driver. The way they avoided taking any responsibility leaves me disabled, broke, my girl died, my car was totaled and they paid me nothing . Then they switched liability to the drunk driver, who was one of their army buddies, whom they proceeded to cover-up for, essentially committing insurance fraud, and leaving me beyond broke and helpless.
This happened 5 years ago in South Florida and my lawyer colluded with the da, police and the drunk veteran to beach contract with me and force me to accept hospital bills as payment. Neck, back surgeries, daily migraines etc...
Omg 😳 how is that legal?! I'm so sorry for everything you endured! I pray Jesus has vengeance and you get your just do!
There are FREE lawyers on here that take these cases and have unlimited funding, help get you a gofundme, and more! Look on here for those lawyers! Their whole practice is built on showing corruption. My bro got hit by a biker cop who admitted he didn't chk his blind spot! Broke my bro foot, destroyed his motor cycle, kept his license so he had to buy a new one, and they said my bro was speeding in stopped traffic! Cop got away Scott free!
Wow… I have no words… I am so beyond sorry💔 may there be Justice🙏🏻 disgusting they did that to you with everyone involved. May your girl rest in peace🤍🕊️💖❤️

I watch these constantly. This is by far the very best I’ve seen! Great job!!!
That officer in the fifth incident missed getting hit by centimeters. If he had started moving a millisecond later, he would be dead. He was beyond lucky.
Why are we being subjected to a commentary of the bleeding obvious? It is extremely irritating.
I was thinking the exact same thing. Annoying as hell. Plays the video, then plays it again and narrates what you just saw. Smh
I'm sorry, but this channel is just HORRIBLE... They show things completely out of sequence, then have narration explain the situation, then show the footage, then afterward, they have the narrator give long winded exposition explaining what we JUST saw in the footage... 30 seconds of footage takes 5 minutes to get through, AND half this stuff isn't even in ORDER...

She shouldn't be panicking like that, she's a cop.
Yes I think so too, the male cop is probably thinking, this is my partner?!
This is what diversity hiring looks like, they have to lower the standards. Now imagine what she would do in a gun battle.
You guys aw pretty weird. She isn't losing it, she said she's never been in an accident. We train for lots of things. But we don't train to get smashed into by a car like that. She wasn't flailing around and being unhinged, she was in shock. I'm sure this might surprise you, but we're actually people. And sometimes, we have feelings. Get over yourselves. We're allowed to be afraid in a bad moment, I go through emergencies all the time, and decompress and feel a flood of emotions afterwards. It's normal.
Absolutely ….. I saw the same crap in the army …TOO MANY TIMES when something went sideways, or the tragic unexpected happened - WAY to much valuable time and energy and man power was bogged down just trying to re-focus the weak , below achieving soldiers just back to a bare minimum level of function….. people will never understand the dangerous amount of coddling is forced on us in the name of some kind of equality…… the first step towards success is the fucking ABILITY to succeed…… TY
I'm sorry if your a police officer and your crying over an accident you need to get a different job. that female officer is not fit to be a cop if she's going to be that emotional. What are they gunna do if she freaks out and shoots some innocent person because "she was scared"
I'm questioning the fitness for duty for that officer in the first video.
Causing an accident when running a red light needs to be a more serious charge !!!😡
Regurgitating what we have just watched is boring, time wasting and redundent.

Exactly....who wants to hear the same thing at least 3 times. UGH
Just don't watch
Listen, that female officer in the first one has ALL my sympathy. My mom and I got in a car accident that was far less severe, and I was sobbing from the shock (we had also lost my older brother in a motorcycle crash two months before too). THAT being said, when you’re a police officer you need to be able to maintain a level head in life threatening situations. And I shudder to think what would happen if she had a panic attack while holding a loading gun.
That one lady “can i smoke in yo car while I wait?”
21:40 A ton of first responders around and then the cop finally decides to check on the injured guy still stuck in the flipped over car? What's more is he asks him if he can open the door (the one facing the sky) and then asks him if he can get out. "Yeah sure. I'm injured and in a flipped over car, but I'll just rescue myself since y'all are busy." Smh.
If that female officer responded like that then she probably doesn’t need to be in law enforcement
I'm sure she doodyd her pants.
Horrendous.
Inexcusable.
I agree. I get she’s freaked out and has never been in a car accident before but reacting like that was embarrassing. She clearly can’t handle tough situations.
an officer with panic attacks, not a great combination
Police officers are people like you and me.
She came THIS close to being fully hit by that drunk moron, which would've probably been a death sentence! She also sounded very young!
Try a situation like that yourself before you judge someone so readily.
Seriously....🤦
What is she going to do when she or her partner are being fired on?
In the 3rd one, I thought it was illegal to hang things from the rearview mirror? They say it is dangerous, yet the police car has 2 medallions hanging.
I think it depends on the state.

I literally was debating on typing out a simular comment. Like I understand that a car accident to this degree can be very jarring, but as a police office, you're probably gonna experience a LOT more tramatic shit. Especially if this is how you act to your first car accident. What are you gonna do when you experience your first homicide?
I don’t think they train you on how to react when getting smashed into and it has nothing to do with being an officer!
