Just finished the anime, i shed a tear when this song plays at the end realizing ippo was just an ordinary high schooler who wanted to know "what does it mean to be a strong person?" and ended up being the strongest. but he still will go up and up!
Because of Ippo i started boxing at the age of 30 and i'm so happy i made that decision. Boxing is fun!

I was getting bullied at school , After i finished Hajime no ippo i decided this wouldnt happen no more so the next day i went to school stood up to the bullies we talked about how he should stop now our friendship has been going on for about 5 years

My Grandfather for some of you avid and knowledgeable boxing fans ^/^ is Godfrey Stevens whom was previously the World Champion for Chile and that in turn inspires me to learn boxing ^w^ so I wonder if I have his abilities latent within me ^/^ I'll have to find out.
