- Hi Guys, today's video is an updated Morning Routine with three kids! This is everything we do on an average school day. I really hope you enjoy it and thank you so much to Haliborange for partnering with me on this video.

Government recommendation:
- Children aged 6 months to 5 years should have a daily supplement containing vitamins AC&D*.
- Parents of children aged 5+ years should consider giving 10mcg of Vitamin D in Autumn and Winter.
*Babies who have more than 500ml (about a pint) of infant formula a day don't need a vitamin D supplement as formula is already fortified.
PANCAKE RECIPE:
Blend together (I use my nutri ninja) 1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Fry like a pancake with coconut oil. TOP TIP - make the batter the night before to make it a fast but fresh breakfast :-)

I dont know how you do mornings so calmly. I only have the one child and its a full on dramatic production getting her out of bed, dressed and to school for breakfast club. lol I do enjoy your routine videos.
My favourite tip in one of your videos was about getting dressed in the mornings (not staying in your PJs) and put on a bit of makeup just wanted to say I do that nearly everyday now and your right it can instantly lift your mood and make you ready for the day thank you your videos have given me some brilliant tips 😃

I know you love double wear and have always worn it and been consistent in your videos regarding this. I too love double wear and worn it for decades. Recently I tried the Fenty foundation n primer and I am loving it as an alternative! As you seem to love dw as much as me I thought I would just mention in case you ever wanted to check it out!
