I actually found this book online and bought it after seeing your first video with it! Now I can follow along with you. This is a wonderful history lesson as well as terrific ASMR. I say why not do a separate video for 1916-1919, and then keep doing 2 videos for each decade; one for the first 5 and one for the last 5.

Hi Amuse. The French town of Ypres was pronounced Wipers by the British soldiers. The actual pronunciation is 'eepra'.
Thanks for your wonderful vids. You have the most fabulous voice.

You managed to read a fact about Suffrage and even a quote about God not intending for women to vote and you didn't editorialize in any way. I know that requires restraint and I appreciate it. Not because I agree with women not voting (I don't), but because opining in a piece where you are just reading what a document says is a distraction that can break the tingles. And because no one is watching ASMR videos for sociopolitical insights. lol. We're watching them to relax. So, again, THANK YOU!

yet you are exempted the state slavery obligations hmmm.. which rather raises the question as to why you should be able to vote. it actually deepens and widens inequality having a two tier citizenry where there is one 1st class with non obligations based rights and total bodily ownership and a 2nd class with zero bodily autonomy and whose rights as citizens are contingent on their acquiescence therein.
i note that that disgustingly bigoted sexist sana marin (exempted from all obligations by her vagina with zero loss of rights yet spending her life pretending to be oppressed ,who then enforced the stripping of bodily ownership from the 2nd class group whist lecturing them about their non existent 'privilege' and lecturing the world about gender equality even as she enforced inequality via gender based slave labour at the barrel of a gun) sent about 200 men to prison for the crime of thinking they should have the female only right to bodily ownership and autonomy. amazing she could even pretend that she was being held to higher standards than men when she was caught partying, given that she enforced standards to which she and all women are not held, against men and imprisoned them if they didnt do what she wanted with their bodies, wear what she ordered etc etc
genuinely amazing that finland, one of the most openly sexist countries in modern europe, can parade as a light of equality and that the most pandered too group in it can pretend to be oppressed when she is held to a tiny fraction of the standards she held men too and which she was exempted from. and really vile that finnish women are allowed the rights of citizenship whilst men shoulder all the obligations. and lets not pretend having children is the female equivalent because 1- its optional and you(male or female) do for yourself and your partner and b err finnish women are failing there actually providing way less children than even replacement rate. really angry to be in nato with such a scummy openly sexist and hypocritical to the extreme country like finland hiding under my country's nuclear protection actually...
