Correct me if I am wrong. In "Meditation", to Look, See, Observe the NOW, so just look say nothing, but if you do just let it past. I try to give thanks much for the Good, Bad and the Ugly. It is hard to do at times, but I keep trying. Thanks for these short clip on Mr. K.

It's played by this guy, the uploader. He plays it beautifully. Just by hearing his music composed, I can tell he has listened to K's essence deeply. There's a quality of listening to this music. It's quite in tune with a certain stillness, a certain silence.
When he says " can you observe the totality of consciousness and not just the fragments of it, does he mean what other gurus say "be aware of awareness" ?
First of all, We can only guess what he meant… and guesses will not help living the thing. In regard to other Gurus, for myself, I found it impossible to match words between them, so I made my language tuned to one pointer (K), Which happens to be quite different than all other teachers, in that which he refused to answer questions, rather encouraged the listeners to go into it themselves. In my limited understanding, the question of looking at the totality of consciousness, is the end of fragmentation. The evaporation of the self, me, I, observer… And same as you, I look into it, trying to come at the fact of it, without knowing Thanks for your participation in the ongoing meditation here a.
To observe the totality there can only be Attention to it , and in that attention there is no sense of Self . Nada. In awareness there is still the sense of self loitering .

The thing about observing is that...whenever I try to observe an emotional pattern fully...it disappears instantly and I'm left empty...but later on that emotional pattern comes back to me, any help??

I am just a regular guy lamenting about life, like my life is all that matters. Yes, I have a lot of work to do both inwardly and outwardly. There is no experiencing or recording going on of what is happening as there is no experiencer apart from “what now is”. Now is all there is. There is no moving in or out of now. All movement happens inside now. Thought of past and future happens inside now. So what? So this or that all….
Is this questioning, a movement as time? (From not knowing, to knowing) Can this question, ever end? And if so, what will be the questioner? “You only know movement, you don’t know what now is” Keep yourself open, don’t seek a verbal answer that will terminate the purifying flow of paradoxical questioning Let all this flow (of burning in questions, frustrating from the limitation of knowledge) act as a way of direct observation into yourself Who is asking? @@AntoTHFC23 that is very true, if one listen with great attention to the full talk, and actually work inwardly to observe, then it’s enough and no “improvement” / “addition” is needed But here are facts I found for myself (after listening very seriously for years on a daily level) The mind turn the long talk into a sleep time, especially if I listen daily. These talks were given for people that came once a year sometimes, and now with internet and UA-cam, it became possible to listen to it all day, In that I stopped hearing ! I know it sounds contradictory at first but I’m sure it’s easy to see for oneself On the other side, If I let one sentence/pointing, echoes in me for days, It opens the sky There is a talk where K tell 2 of his top “followers”, “stop listen to the videos for half a year” (if my memory doesn’t mislead me) If you want, I think I can find it There is never “one way”, and surely it is not about “knowing what he said”

Now..I read a beautiful book,, "The Power of Now",, It's written by Eckhart Tolle, a mystic of British origin. It's regarding this Now-ness of things. And it's very beautiful and helpful, if deeply contemplated upon the contents of the pages. And the very texts can take you into portals of Now. The Eternal Now.
Didn’t read it, but I heard of it. In general, didn’t find in him the “it”. It doesn’t mean anything, just for me, there was no attraction. The “Now” has been pointed at for thousands of years, Yet, we live in time. Each one to him/her self, must meditate into this paradox. Good luck and thanks for sharing.
I read that book years ago, and i think that is ridiculous to accept the present moment or the NOW, because every cunning person can do it. What more important is to understand the depth of yourself & understand the process of 'the me'. To accept blindly the now is stupid.

Life and its obstacles.
The thing about observing is that...whenever I try to observe an emotional pattern fully...it disappears instantly and I'm left empty...but later on that emotional pattern comes back to me, any help??
A pointer would be: is there an observation without a motive?
But I am lost because I have no motive and no direction in life. I suffer much because I am stuck in the never changing past, day after day.
Do you?

Are you free of all expectations?
All you need to see about the past, is the beauty of its nature, which is:
It’s already gone
