Satrughan was never equal to Amitabh Bachchan. Bachchan was the standout all those days and even after 21st century rolled in Mr. Bachchan evolved and is what he is today where as i can't say the same for Mr. Sinha.

It's always a treat to watch the spontaneity of Shatrughan Sinha anytime. Amitabh Bachchan may be admired immensely by all, but personally, I feel Shatrughan Sinha outshines everytime.

I met shatrugan sinha. He is very nice person. The only issue was I was not allowed to take photo with him.

well they were not the best of friends for sure though they acted in movie "Dostana". I remember in one interview Amitabh said that Shatrughan Sinha deliberately came late for shooting in the films they acted together. So much so that Amitabh had to call him up and then he would reply "Aa rahe hain bhai" to sort of irritate him. But both their movies together Dostana and Kala Paththar were successful. Unfortunately their last film Shaan which was multi starrer directed by Ramesh Sippy who directed Sholay and made on a very high budget was a surprise flop. I watched it. it was quite a good film though. Not as good as Sholay but still entertaining. But AB and Shatru were never friends. If the reports of past are to be believed.
