Not gonna lie, I (as well as many others) definitely overlooked Keem’s verse on the first play through due to the excitement of wanting to hear Kendrick again after so long. However, once you play it back and actually listen to him, Keem was actually spazzing on this track and held his own imo. Hope Stevie listens to it again and realizes that.

As much of a Kendrick fan that I am, I will admit that people didn’t really pay attention to what Keem said because they just wanted to hear Kendrick after years of silence from him. It’s the anticipation of hearing from Kendrick again that made Keem’s verse get overlooked.
