I didn't know my mother worked for them.
My sisters in law too, my mother in law too... Hell! Everyone I know 😂
She's on the payroll, can confirm. She's happy to do overtime free of charge
I had to pause the video to read the small print 😂😂 Excellent work guys xxx
Still works and dont plan to stop😂
@@foilarmsandhogIs there a retirement age from this position?
"Our team of unqualified enthusiastic volunteers". Yep they are everywhere.
Another great one team. All the best for your upcoming tour.
So is there a special wing for people like this in the prison for annoying people? You know…for their own safety 🤣 brilliant sketch lads.
Do you want to lock up half the German population over 40?
No. Such people are actually on early-release work permits. You see, the CIA found waterboarding wasn't cutting it anymore-now they just assign ten people to give prisoners unsolicited advice. Gets results within hours.
If I can just give you a little hint on grammar, try putting a period after the word "safety." 😉
@@laurenconrad1799 the comma after Grammar was unness..unnissar.. unknessure unflukinnessursarrry .......ah bolox ,was not needed
No. But there is a special suite in Hell.
Thank you for all the unsolicited advice, lads! There was so much to ignore for me! 🥳
Actually, just a bit of advice for you, it should be: "There was so much for me to ignore." Don't mention it.
@@grixlipanda287 Akshually - just so you know - both are valid
Here's some advice: the sentence would be clearer if you wrote it as "for me to ignore" instead of "to ignore for me." 😉
The best thing about unsolicited advice is that it gets less needed and more annoying the older you get.
That advice about boiling potatoes is actually quite helpful
It's a fact I won't forget so fast, really good!
I never boil potatoes myself, so it won't help much, but my wife will surely love to hear it, next time she JUST threw the potatoes into the pot.
This is brilliant. The infomercial type setting, the jump cuts, the sweet bgm all bring back old FAH sketch watching memories.i will certainly rewatch this hundreds of times.
And Hog is brilliant. Love that lad ❤
This sketch feels oldschool in a good way, doesn't it?
"Our team of unqualified enthusiastic volunteers..." 😂
Have definitely experienced the car one. Was trying to parallel park my parents big car in the Netherlands (not from there), and suddenly there were like five people around the car giving me directions in a language I didn't understand. As soon as I had parked, they all dissappeared
That is hurrendously stressful
The guy advising you how to parallel park in a tight spot moved his car in front of you afterwards.
"We mind your business." simple but powerful line.
What people in Ireland don’t realise is that South Asian relatives have premium subscriptions to Unsolicited Advice.
You’ll get everything from job advice to having babies to solve problems.
haha good to know
Our marriage is in trouble. Ok. Have a baby. That’ll bring you closer.
Love the effort you put in the text in the banner 🥰 Placing the router centrally really helps when you are trying to watch FAH sketches undisturbed in some dark corner of your home 😅😅
Well, at least they’re honest about what they do, props to the team at Unsolicited Advices! People have been doing that for ages and calling themselves “coaches”.
Aw man, unsolicited advice is all I've got to give! It's why I'm here!!
Send in your resumé!
@SamFAHntha if I've learnt anything from last week it's that I need a snazzier job title than Unsolicited Advice Arsehole. But all I've got in my head is movie trailer voice song (It's an affliction at this point). Any suggestions?
Hog outside the car waving his hands around gave me a total stress reaction, even though I'm nowhere near my car 👀
Hog's character popping up 😂 and the parking and the running after the car! 😂😂 Scarily accurate and believable character. Hilarious!
Such a maniac
Hog's entrances are very amusing: rolling in, popping up...
Character? Wait he was playing a character???
@SamFAHntha Ha! I love the idea Hog is just lurking in lower supermarket shelves ready to pop up or spends his free time chasing after cars.... It was the glasses that made me suspect he *might* be playing a character. But I like your take. Unrelated - Hog should be a glasses model.
My favorite response to unsolicited advice is "Thank you for your concern" or "noted"
...i feel personally attacked.
I suggest not...feeling that way. Hope that helps 😊👍
I see someone has decided he looks Cool in Glasses again 😂
Oh, he never stopped 😂
Oh so this is the place where all of my Indian aunties volunteer at, & they go the extra mile by adding a not so subtle insult into mix too 😅
The car one😂😂😂 Hog aced it with the exaggerated hand gestures too! And the fact that it has the opposite impact and just makes me flustered.
Loved this!!😂😂😂
Ha ha. Reminds me of quite a few people. Hold on a munute. It actually reminds me of me. Oh God.!! 😮
Yeah I think we all do it at some point
"People can be so ungrateful... You know, they don't realise you have taken time out of your day to ruin theirs." 😂😆
The dude trying to tell how to park just got me 😂
I am guilty of this. I wonder if there is some kind of… _group therapy_ for people who give unsolicited advice?
I actually enjoy getting advice from people. Especially if i dint ask for it, those are the most honest ones, and just what i needed the most without knowing it myself.
I sure love unsolicited advice, they are both a nuisance and sometimes helpful!
Anytime someone says "Do you mind if i say something?"
follow Billy Connolly's advice and respond with "Do you mind if i don't listen while you do it?"
Fantastic sketch lads!
And now I need to go and give my apology to several people…😂
Nah, just share this instead.
@@michellebyrom6551 Good advice!
@@michellebyrom6551 great thinking!
😄
Haha confused Hog at the start really got me! Nice you took turns playing the straight man in this.
I love his stare into the camera
@@foilarmsandhog yeah, that’s what got me, it’s really great!
Cracks me up still, even after all this time 🤣🤣🤣
PS - Using a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon is easier when eating out of those small yoghurt pottles. You're so welcome 😊👍
I mean say what you want, but that potato in the microwave advice is an absolute game-changer
TAKE MY ADVICE, I'M NOT USING IT.
Back where I come from we sometimes call people like that "Professors Obvious" 😂 I love the sketch! Thank you lads for good laugh ❤
Yeah, professor Obvious strikes again!
@@foilarmsandhog Oh, so it's international 😅 That wasn't obvious for me 😂
@@Barb_J I always thought it was "captain obvious"?
@@MairiAngwen I thought so too
@@MairiAngwen So maybe that's the cultural difference 😆 Everyone have "someone Obvious" 😂 Maybe now it's also captain in my country, but when I first got to know the phrase, I'm pretty sure it was proffesor 😅
I love the small print in the ad text!
Very relatable where I'm living. You can really get upset at them, but most people just want to help, not that big deal.😊
What a great start into the day! Thanks for making us laugh every week. This is so real … almost painful to watch! 😂
That's the spot!
My advice is that you shouldn't do things that bring you pain, unless it involves FAH. 😉
@@laurenconrad1799 Totally agree.
There’s definitely some people I know I need to send this sketch to 😂😂
Love the sketch lads!! 😁😁
"You should really watch this, you look like you need a laugh"
Great sketch! Love it! ❤ How many times I've got unsolicited advices because people around me think that they are helping me even though they don't.
Yeah, I know it sometimes comes from a good place, but it's just so annoying
"your business is our business" - classic!
Now I see how the lady next door always has time for it but never for a job. Your team is very discreet.
That was a nice surprise! It’s been ages since you’ve done an ad like this isn’t it?
(Real “A is for Apple!” vibes 😊)
I’m still confused!
LOL this appeared in my feed at just the right time. I was just about to blow my top after recieving such advice from someone.
Ah yes, my mom is your top volunteer with over 60 years of service, accessible 24/7 in person, on mobile, or online.
I actually found the tip on how to cook potatoes faster quite helpful. 😂 I'm not sure I'd mind cooking tips on the go from a total stranger passerby. 😂👍🔥❤️
Unsolicited and reversed advice from Arms's Gran: "You can dish it as long as you can take it 😎 and usually (but not necessarily!) in the same manner." 😉
That advice about the potatoes at the end was slightly intriguing. Though what would an Irishman know about cooking potatoes?
Haha nice one!
An old colleague used to tell me all about the high sugar content of my apple and advise everyone about the best local farm shops including exactly what to buy from each…whilst chowing down on her McDonalds breakfast.
haha! my god
Absolutely brilliant!! Love the advert format!
The amount of unsolicited advice you get when you're pregnant or have a small child... everyone has an opinion! I'm such a loser, I always pretend I'm listening thoughtfully and thank them profusely, even when they're talking nonsense!
That seems to be the most common. I've heard people give advice on breastfeeding...
Can I just say... The blue suits Hoglet better, it brings out his lagoon blue eyes! I know he didn't ask for my opinion but he OBVIOUSLY needs it, seeing as he NEVER looks in the mirror or probably owns one in his house!!! Tee hee hee 😂
As an unmarried woman in her 30s, I am probably one of the biggest clients of this agency
Try being unmarried in your forties and watch the advice subtly go darker ... 😉
@@beagless the horror!
@@EmilyE2601 Hold on, did I just give you unsolicited advice?? 🤣 I am sorry 😊
@@beagless 🤣🤣🤣 you are hilarious
@@beagless Beeh, nice to meet you! 😅
Some unsollicited, maybe incorrect, advice: you should definitely come to Barcelona and do some gigs!
Filming (partly) on location again, nice! :)
Yeah, really getting that camera out of that office
I like that
I love this channel so much, no video disappoints‼️
Yeah absolutely, couldn't love them more if I tried. Though admittedly I haven't tried yet...
So this was why I was awake at 3 A.M....
Was it worth it? 😂
Just so you know, turning your light off before you're in bed and comfy instead of after will save you having to get up again 😊👍
Was so worried I would hear one of my own phrases in there! 😱
If you don't mind me saying... Most people don't like unsolicited advice, so maybe don't do it as much, or even at all. You're welcome 😂👍
"Unsolicited advisor", let me introduce you to "totally deserved knee to the groin".
This has to be in the top 5 FAH sketchs
You forgot the most advanced line. "Now PERSONALLY, I wouldn't-" I suppose they don't want to be punched in the face just quite yet
Haha
Did you know that the word advice basically just means „add vice“ - well, there you go, now you know 😂
Hehehe! Near to the end, I thought "It would be fun seeing two unsolicited advisors talking to each other", and it kinda happened!
I still reckon no matter how centrally it is located, the router will still struggle with the 10-inch thick concrete wall that divides our house
Let me tell you, it's been a long week, but we finally have another FAH Thursday 🙏 By the way, lovely birthday present, thank you ❤️ Even in difficult times, you could always make me laugh.
1:32 “And unlike Internet Connection helplines, we reach you within 1-2 business hours.”
Now, thank you Hog for showing how to deal with them 😊😂
Everytime someone comes up to me giving me some friendly, supportive well meaning advice. I really appreciate it! In fact I try to return the favor and give some in return. Usually they just act annoyed. Ungrateful gits.
My mum gave my daughter some unsolicited advice once on parking my parents’ car in their garage, because they didn’t trust themselves to park it. It resulted in a scraped bumper and my mother nearly getting run over.
Unsolicited advice changed my life for the better! Now I know exactly who not to listen to! Thanks guys 😊
Conor is so handsome ❤ Him really suits the white shirt and jacket. Oh, and of course, sketch is super, as always! I came across very few representatives of such a service, but maybe soon I'll be lucky :)
Some of them will not only ‘offer’ their advice without your acknowledgement, they’ll ask for money too.
Great sketch, I was laughing all the way till the end 🤣I love you all being sarcastic 😉 And an original outro!
Yeah, it's so arsey isn't it
I dont know man, as someone who flew halfway across the bus twice, I do have a tendency to warn people they really should be holding onto something ...
Mate, could you maybe just tell us the next part of that ripe avocado advice?
Lol that fine print
Jokes on them, it didn't improve it at all. In fact it made it worse! Oh, does that mean the jokes on me? 😂
@@SamFAHntha 😂😅🥲
Make sure the car is in reverse when filming someone in front of a car
This one is amazing! So real, so vivid, so…true… 😭 😂
This was hilarious! Lol. You're awesome 😂.
This is so well made
I actually need to know more about avocado ripeness discernment ... i actually squeeze them 🥑. Ironically from this piece of unsolicited advice I now need some solicited advice!
Fantastic guys - loved this!!
I was visiting London on vacation, and had a run in with a woman like that on an escalator in the tube. Since I was on vacation with my family, I wasn’t in a rush to get anywhere so I’d politely stand to the side so people that did have places to be could easily pass by.
However, I’m a big guy so people would inevitably bump me with their handbag, suitcase, etc. as they passed. So to make it easier for myself and them I started standing with my back to the side of the escalator , so the only people I’d be touching with my broad shoulders was my family who were on either step above and below me. During one such trip into the underground a woman on the escalator next to me kept calling out to me, I politely ignored her the whole clip until we got to the bottom where she immediately walked over and informed me how dangerous it was to ride the escalator in that manner. I politely said thank you, nodded, and moved on.
Someone also got onto me for smiling that trip. Apparently only troublemakers smile when they see a view they enjoy.
My dad works overtime for these guys
So many good memorable catch phrases 😃😂😇😄😀
Do you make content on the internet? Well with our new upgraded plan, you'll receive all the unsolicited video ideas you could ever ask for! "Do you know what would make for a great video?" well neither do we, but we will insist you listen to it!
I might be working for them without knowing. My wife says I have an uncanny ability to listen to multiple people's conversations and insert myself in and answer questions when they don't something about a subject. She gets mad at me when she asks me to repeat the last thing she said ( which I do correctly) but still answer other people's questions in other conversations.
The small print 😂😂
If you could play any of Foil's and Hog's characters in your live sketches, which would it be? What would you want to have a go at?
Foil and Hog are more than welcome to answer too btw! (just in case they feel left out 😂)
PPS - Arms, if you use the 'space' key between each word, your comment will be easier to read. You're so welcome 😊👍
I like the one from the playing an evil character, think that looked fun
@@foilarmsandhogDennis is heartbroken.
But I've advised him not to be, so he should be fine 😁
Thank you for answering 😊
Now that I'm in the same timezone, I still miss the upload gaaaah
Always grateful for unsolicited advice 😂 The only thing I ever get for free these days 😂😂
Sometimes life is easier when you lower your standards.
Sorry 😂😂😂
Wow!!!! Excellent humor!! I love this amusingly-sarcastic video! I "advise" you to watch it.
Unsolicited advicing in a national sport here in Italy, you are just beginners, mates 😋😘
Just a friendly tip, you guys are being too funny. You might wanna scale it down a tad. 😂
Oh you are too kind
The most unsolicited advice I've ever got in my life was from my childless relative. I think you've guess right. It was an advice how I should raise my kids.
It's always funny getting unsolicited dating advice from toxic people who have no business ever being in a relationship.
Can I give some unsolicited feedback?
Love it!
"You've taken time out of your day... to ruin theirs."
"We mind... your business."
Just, spot on. Also, 'Harvest Morn' sounds just like Harvest Moon?
This might be some unsolicited advice from me, but the next time you guys are back in the states maybe consider stopping by New Orleans? Y’all will have lots of fun here :). Anyways great sketch as usual❤
i am going to advise my friends listen to this, without asking them first!
Why are you not coming to Minnesota!!
(holds up right hand) I solemnly swear to keep my advice to myself from this point forward, sorry lads!
I'm bad with friends, so I definitely need to watch that
@@foilarmsandhog seriously, you guys called me right out on this!!!
