@@diffuusio4852 I went through it when I was 16-17 (got stuck on the road in mid winter and not like this one) and it wasn`t that bad I even still went outside playing after 2-3 days tho was supposed to stay at home for more than a week. Still its better to have medicine for ppl who actually need it if the sheep leave anything for them.
I feel like it’s a Jin Air team rule to try your hardest when you play a team mate. I find Jin Air “team kills” are some of the best series in most tournaments
neeksthecuz they have to prepare on their own when they get matched against each other (so no one else in the team is allowed to help) and they absolutely try their hardest because they know the other player so well, I imagine rogue and maru easily played 100s of practice matches against each other over the years. There are most likely mind games going on which we are completely unaware of.
these semi-finals were real nice games (other than the serral/zest non game i guess), also the casting seems much improved from zombiegrub and demuslim, much more engaging and well informed casting than in the past imo.
It's impossible for Terran to win an even late game Bio vs Ling/Bane. The game really is broken. Maru IMO is the most talented SC2 player in the world.
Exactly! Have been saying this all along. Not saying Serral or Rogue is bad. They may even be playing near perfect. But a Terran that plays perfect too can NEVER win against a perfect Zerg. There is simply no way at all. Innovation played almost perfectly against Serral, yet all Serral needs to do is send a huge swarm of zergling, which is dirt cheap, through the backdoor yet the devastation that zerglings can do to a mineral line.... at the same time, terran cannot afford to leave many behind to defend because even with the whole army, a baneling charge is all it takes to reduce the army to shreds and with the HUGE creep, even if terran wins the battle, by the time it moves further into creep, zerg would have rebuilt their army. It's just not possible! Terran have got to rely on Zerg playing imperfectly in order to cause some damage early on so as to even out the game.
24:24 The pre-spread is so damn sexy. The A-moving zerg will eventually move everything in, so it makes sense to do that and poke with a fifth of your army that's easier to manage. It's a wonder more Terrans don't do that. Gorgeous.

Unfortunately, no, you're not. Personally I'd rather have someone who actually knows what they're talking about instead of a token woman they put there for PC fans like you. She's a subpar caster who more often than speaks a lot but says so very little, so no, I'm not very happy about "hearing a female voice".

That last game must be so frustrating as Maru. How do you defend against the lightning fast muta-ling but also prevent Zerg from expanding out of control? If they get to muta it just seems like an auto win to me. Seems like your only option is to go for a timing and all-in once it gets close to that point. No risk for the zerg to poke with a handful of units and maybe get a ton of workers, and once he sees the all-in coming, he can always bring those harassment units back home in 2 seconds since they move at mach 3.
Imagine if he switched to the race that has been OP for the last few years seemingly. :P Granted I'm only a casual observer, but this muta-meta just looks so toxic.

Also, I love how mapu shows the resources lost in favor of rogue as demuslim is claiming how expensive the last trade was for rogue. Like, sure the focus fire of maru was good but he was late on his usual push, had less than usual at 7 min, and overextended and got punished with a surround from a zerg that wasn't being greedy.

It's not that he can't defend. Terran requires crazy micro especially against these ling/bane combo. All zerg has to do is send some very cheap ling/bane and a-move through the back door and the scvs are toast in no time. These ling/banes are also so beefy, strong and mobile in sc2 that a handful of defenders are not enough. Yet leaving more behind would mean your attacking force is insufficient. I mean even with your whole army, a couple of baneling connections and your bio army is gone. The game rlly is unbalanced for Terran at this point. Terran can only win if they capitalise on severe mistakes by zerg in the early game and that is ONLY TO EVEN THINGS OUT, not to gain an advantage.
I don't know if it's because the casters aren't casting live, or if because they have a kind of bias, but I feel like their casting is... well... bad. So many times they've favored one person over the other, when the OTHER person is favored to win in an engagement, or they said one person is ahead when the other person is (either by army supply or worker supply) but a lot of the time it just seems like the casters have no Idea what they're talking about, imo... Like when Rogue has the same army supply as Maru, but twice the worker count, and they trade evenly, don't tell me that the trade ended badly for Rogue.

In game 1: „rogue doesn’t see much but makes all the right choices“, yea duh because he most likely played against exactly that style for a hundred tines, so many opportunities to fill in the cast with some nice background information and point the viewer to things they may not be aware of. Instead we got bad play by play casting.

To me ip man and serral are the best zergs and their styles are very similar. With reynor and dark about tied a slight level lower and reynor is only a bit lower then rouge and serral cause his ran toss game is not quite on the same level.

I have a hypothesis why blizzard is making the game Z/P favoured. Yes Im saying they purposefully made it unbalanced for Terran. It's all down to the $$$. Currently, the sc2 scene is much more popular amongst Europeans/Americans than Koreans. SC2 is almost a dead game in Korea. Yet, most of the best players are Koreans who play Terran. If only a European/American becomes dominant against Koreans, it would create so much more hype and popularity amongst SC2's overwhelming majority audience which is Europeans/Americans. Just look at the recent hype around Serral. All his matches have so much live view counts. So, since Europeans/Americans mostly play Z or P while not many Koreans play Z, they decided to nerf Terran and give Zerg a boost. It's all business.. dirty business.
