I’ve got a Losi 5B buggy. It runs 8-12S electric converted. I do love it. My next big scale will be one of these trucks but I’ll keep it gas. O that room is pretty sweet I like your setup haha. I’ve just got a shed that’s half decent lol. I do occasional bring them in the house to wrench on when I can though haha. Cheers 🇨🇦

Oh I wish they made it in an electric version, I have the dbxl e 2.0 and love it, but man I absolutely love the 5T look and design.... nice nice truck man.

You need to update the ignition. I have the MSD IGNITION. Upgraded 1107 carburetor it's stock but the rebuild kit with the better pump. ATOP fuel lines the inner diameter is bigger little more fuel plus keeps prime.
Redline 2 storke oil is the best .
My air filter and exhaust is stock
The power I have with what I did is amazing.
The MSD ignition. When you pull the spark plug out and pull to start . It's like a wide lighting bolt it so blue and just badass. You like power do this . You will be very happy.

I agree but I’m just gonna go with a fully modified + ported OBR Reed engine with stroker tuned for 100+ octane like all my other 5th scale ! I believe the v2 is exactly the same with minor refinements you can barely notice
@@carbonelement77 yes after google for 2 hours the only difference is one thing the receiver. Believe or not . But really try the MSD ignition you will love the response on the throttle. Plus starts easily.

Would you rather recommend this five t than the kraken vekta trophy truck?
Will be making a vekta TT video soon to compare ! I think both are great but very different purposes! TT is much more realism but cannot be driven as hard as 5T and much more body roll
