From Monday there will be possibility to apply for new certificate even though you guys have old certificate, they are making changes to the software and it will be available by Monday. I have cancelled the existing one and applied for the new one, but the authorities have informed me that they are making changes in the software to make it easy for aspirants to allow them to apply for new one without cancellation of the older one. This is because the certificate issue process has been digitalised and system does not accept request until validity of old certificate is over. This is true for entire Karnataka. What we need is changes in nadakacheri digital portal to accept issue of new certificate. This probably can be done by higher officials at Secretary level. That can solve problem for all. This cannot be solved on case by case basis at Tahsil office. Hope GoK takes it seriously.

If i speak technically even if we visit office they can't do anything because it is digitalized and system will have that validation. We can not request more than one certificate. So it will throw an exception. Not sure how they developed for AC role or Thahsildar Roles. So I am thinking to reach out UPSC to convey our issue. But watever helpline numbers they provided to contact are not working. If it works no body is picking. Is their any other way we can contact UPSC so that they can understand our problems...
I have faced this issue in 2024 june because of current nadakacheri software doesn’t allow for new application because of aadhar mapping with old obc certificate ,have wrote a complaint to principal secretary of revenue department GoK and technical support explaining these problems with updated website of nadakacheri but they have resolved my problem in that time by invalidating my old certificate which for 23-24 FY testing team failed to resolve the bug and Dont blame thashildhars for this issue it should be resolved by Top authorities by correcting their websites by allowing to apply even if we have existing certificates ,i hope they will fix their website

Sir there is one more problem with respect to OBC, students whose parents are in group C and their income is more than 8 lakh are not getting OBC certificate even though income includes salary only and for govt employees it is decided based on service category ....i got rejected sir and tahashildar is refusing to even listen to me with dopt order and obc condition ...they are telling me to go to AC court and this is really making me worrisome and anxious... Kindly help me sir
show them central obc criteria documents if this wont work, apply for obc certificate in net centers near tahsildar office by declaring income less than 8 lpa. it works
Sir, the case workers and bill collector are refusing as they cannot accept it till the validity of 1 year is not completed. Tried to contact UPSC but they are telling request and get the certificate in a day but the people who have obtained post 12 th Feb 2024 this is IMPOSSIBLE to get the certificate. Many Tehsildars ,DT and RI do not understand the rules for creamy layer they are only aware of 8lpa criteria and not others. To slove this issue the validity shouldn't be 1 year there should be a provision to cancel the old certificate and issue the new on when ever required. Thankyou 🙏

Go to Court you will definitely get the certificate, I get it through Court
One solution given by tahsil office is cancellation of existing certificate and apply for new one. But this also takes more time.

In case of SC ST certificate are issued only by state and it is valid for upsc, given it should be in english language
