Sometimes it just works to have a gentler voice sing an intense song. It's touching to hear niki's earnest, heartfelt lyrics in a voice like this. It makes you feel like every word counts. Like a letter from someone important and cherished but in musical form. That said, this specific song seems to work oddly well with kokone, huh? I really enjoyed this cover.
