What I’m worried about is the armor looking like Aztec BS. It’s just my opinion but I’d rather an upgrade to proslyte be a shard/upgrade kit to upgrade the proselyte to a more ornate version of itself with better stats.
Should they add an option to spectate? It's a colosseum. We could stand in an area outside the fighting area and watch how the performance is going. Cheering emotes and premade text chat allowed. A bit like raids when you die. The challenger would not be able to see the spectators, he wouldn't be affected in any way. It might make high alching and fletching darts a bit more fun instead of watching UA-cam.
I dislike the quiver idea so much. We do not need more range DPS. Range has been basically the strongest since os came out and is just now getting some competition and this seems unnecessary to me. Not a fan at all
Adding slight Ranged DPS isn't going to change the Melee & Mage metas tho. If something is weak to Melee, you're still gonna use Melee. Same with Magic. And they're not nerfing any Melee or Magic items.
I don't like PVM so I don't like the idea that a bunch of stuff in this continent is going to be locked behind this Glory system, mainly the agility shortcuts. I also don't like the way they talked about it in the blog post, their wording really drives home that all they care about is pvm these days.
Well what other ways to make you dip your toes to pvm? This is the point of glory you prove yourself glorius to be able to use the rewards. YOU BECOME THE GLADIATOR! I love it werry thematic and such atmosphere big lore
@@TheEdB0ys because power creep is bad? Inferno cape has been in the game for 6 years, why not make the BiS melee cape come from some random minigame? Imo if it's stronger, then they shouldn't give it the attraction/ammo preservation. Leave that to Ava's as a trade off.
@@DevBunnyx0 Why would anyone want to use it if it doesn't pick up your ammo. It would immediately be dead content. I don't see a problem with upgraded gear. You can still use the old stuff, and players that have made it far enough can also get better stuff. How you can say you don't like PvM, but then have such strong opinions on how they should update PvM, is beyond me. But that's ok. If you don't wanna do the content, you don't have to. Ava's assembler won't be removed from the game
@@TheEdB0ys Because it ruins the consistency of how upgrades to BiS have worked in the game, and I feel like this dev team is caring less and less about game consistency as time goes on. If it was an item you got that you slapped onto your Vorked Ava's then it would feel remotely more at home in the game because you'd have to follow the chain of progression still and not just be handed something that has 80%+ ammo preservation and a bonus strength. It having the ammo magnetism makes zero thematic sense unless it's an upgrade to Ava's. Pvm isn't my jam, but the world and lore is definitely something I care about.

If they do want to make a tradable upgrade to proselyte they should make it an item that drop that you can then use on proselyte to upgrade it to avoid people skipping the quest line for proselyte for the raw upgraded version.

The wildly boss update I don't think was for pvm. It was for people that do pvp
