I love Canned Heat! I think they are criminally underrated. I was watching footage of Alan Wilson recently and he kind of reminds me of you Larry, when you were in your early twenties! :P
Really enjoy Canned Heat, and it is thanks to you. You did a video on them a while back, so I picked up some of their CDs. I have the old version of Hallelujah, great album, kinda a departure in their "signature sound" but very good. I do have the those versions of Future Blues and Living The Blues, love both albums, and the sound is great. Also own the remastered Boogie With Canned Heat, same label that put out the deluxe Living The Blues did that one, also very good. Canned Heat are kinda like CCR to me, in that they have so many great songs, I really can't even list favorites. Those are 3 strong albums, start to finish. Nice to see this series come back, not that I don't like your other videos, but I was born in 1985 so a lot of these bands I hadn't heard of before you spotlighted them. I've enjoyed almost all of them, Sparks, Grand Funk, The Undertones, Wire, Klaatu and of course Canned Heat. Would be nice to see a few more videos in the future like this, keep up the good work.
You can't go wrong with Canned Heat!! The only album I have by them is Future Blues. I also have the woodstock 1 & 2 albums which have 1 song by them on each both albums. I know how you feel with the CD cases braking. Cool unboxing Larry.
That Japanese Mini LP looks nice. I plan to get some one day. I hate the thin double CD cases too. They always break. The older wide double cases are bulkier, but they never break.
Hello Larry, a bit of a late reaction on this one; not about the music but about a cover. The 'Hallelujah' cover was designed by Globe Propaganda (see yellow logo on the back). They only made 7 or 8 covers, almost exclusively for SF bands : a.o. 'Happy Trails' and 'Shady Grove' (Quicksilver), the sole Charlatans album, the debut by It’s A Beautiful Day, 'Thriller' (Cold Blood). Globe Propaganda was founded by Charlatans singer George Hunter.

I closed it down months ago to concentrate on just this channel, but I have a playlist on my front page with most of the ASMR videos and will do more unboxings here in the near future.
Yayyyy!!! CD unboxings are back!!! 🙌🙌🙌

I think all I've heard from Canned Heat is Going Up The Country and On The Road Again.
