I have a lot of health problems which causes sooo much fatigue for me, and AG1 actually helps me have a decent amount of energy!! Its the only thing that helps me with my fatigue!

I started training with my bodyweight and some barbells 3 times/week (5kg or 11lbs, 11 exercises with 10-15 max reps) to now swimming 1km (0.6 mi) 3 times/week and weightlifting followed by yoga 2 times/week (about the same number of exercises and reps but with 8kg or 17lbs. 12kg or 26lbs if I'm squatting ).
A small BTW, try fermenting fresh garlic cloves in balsamico vinegar. I eat them raw and cook with them all the time. The maturer the vinegar the better!
I was always caught off guard with that sign. Do you make the garlic vinegar yourself?

I felt you when you said you have to start from scratch with working out. I just got back in the gym and I usually leg press 120-140. The scream I let out like I was powering up to push that😂 so now I'm down at 80 and working my way up again🥲 but slow progression is better than no progression so we got this💕

Oysters generally shouldnt be a problem, never had a bad experience with one. BUUUT I do know , just like with all seafoods.. if you do get seafood poisoning .. it's enough to make you stay off em for life lol. Always adding new spots to my list to visit when I go back to japan because of you, love this

Ever since i came across this gorgeous woman's page, whether it be on instagram or youtube, i always leave smiling and wanting to do more and more for myself.
To me Sundai is my spirit animal, a mirror into my future. For some reason we have a lot in common so it makes sense why i love her so much😅😅, i love anime too, i wish to move to Japan hopefully in Kamakura when all is well.

I was wondering, are you attending a Church in Japan or are you watching services via Laptop from Cali? Do you find time to read your Bible when you're working on your clothing line and all your other projects? Right now at my Church we're going through 1 Samuel and we just wrapped up Chapter 25. I tend to go through Proverbs a lot when I do some Bible reading at home. Love watching these vids after I get home from Church. God bless!

Now, why do we have to stank? 🤣 I've tried my AG1 in coffee and I like the flavor, some don't. I also sometimes mix it into juices or smoothies but it can make them all taste similar, which I hate. So, water and coffee are my go to's.

Sundai, do they sell the Bowflex SelectTech weights in Japan? They’re adjustable dumbbells (I think you can go up to 50 or 90 lbs depending on the model)-great for small gym spaces. They’re a little pricey but a good investment!

Bloom was a greens drink I was influenced to try and it tastes like ass. I don’t know what ass tastes like but it is disgusting. I plan on trying AG1. I do like the Ryze mushroom coffee, matcha and hot chocolate. I also have tried Kiala greens. That was good as well. It actually did what it said but I didn’t use it long enough.
