Idea: Shrink Every Bit Of Your Original Base And Place It In Your Pocket Dimension Like Those Miniature Train Sets.
to charge your multi gear, take one of the draconic infusers and put it on the creative energy block(the unbreakable purple-pinkish block in the ground) then put the multi set in the unfuser, and boom, its charged

If you want to store energy I would try to find battery blocks, you will be able to tell the difference between them since the ones that are blocks are cubes, for energy I would recommend the infinity generator but that's kinda tough too find unless you wouldn't mind digging gravel for half an hour or your chest item filter system, and I would recommend getting an ME machine for you too use on your chest filter system and for items that don't have an EMC value it should be relatively easy to do and also I would recommend setting up an tinkers construct smeltery which is just combining sand gravel and clay to get grout and then you would smelt the grout the smeltery will double the ore you get and it can help with the ME machine alot if you get it that is.

Emc scroll cuts all emc prices in half for a small amount of time but doubles all emc values for 1 second for every item grabbed as in a stack of dirt would be 64 seconds 5 dirt would be 5 seconds

Make a mob farm in the base so you can get exp when you are in pocket dimension
You can just go to old kraken base. There is creative generator there. You cant take it but you can use it there with your infusers.
Finally
Just go back to krakens old base for only two minutes and use the infinity generator to charge them instantly
