    actually what it does in the dunes, is it keeps you in the power while keeping you from going to fast through tight turns. it also helps keep the front end down, or at least to a mild hover. not such a big deal on a four stroke but on a big bore two stroke it really helps.

    It is definitely nice when you can dig in and stop right where you are at if you dont make it versus on hard rock or dirt where the possibility of losing your quad back down the hill is always lingering in your mind lol. I grew up riding dirt and rocks but we vacation in the sand every now and then. It is completely different and totally freakin awesome.

    one of the best vids of someone actually riding there 250r, the rest are either showing it sitting or bullshiting, Good job buddy.! long live the R, just got my ESR 310PV motor put together, its a wrapp.

    Never rode in sand so i dont know but what makes this hill so special? Its nothing like hills we have in pennsylvania. What do you do if you dont make it just turn arond, looks easy.

    @flurry103 Nice! Yeah the one to the right is pretty tight, under the trees. The trail that's 2 trails to the left is a tough one. Usually make it half the time. lol

I love rippin my 1989 trx250r with a 350 cylinder and 5 mill stroker. the hills in P.A if you cant climb em their aint no turning around!!!

    @XxTMAR21xX I know, right... LOL. Everytime we sent someone out with the cam on to do it, the card was full, or the batteries were dead... GO figure. I've got footage of my buddy climbin' it on the KFX 450 with Yoshi Full Race.

    Hi I noticed in the description you saw police at the top and bottom of the hill, just wondering what kind of atv they rode?

  • @Crdesigns111
    @Crdesigns111  12 років тому

    I figured it out. I've got thumb throttle syndrome. LOL. Grew up riding dirtbikes and twist throttle just feels so much more natural. Time to look into sticking one on the quad when she's done.. Even though everyone tells me "It's dangerous." Why would I be riding if it wasn't..????? ;)

  • @Crdesigns111
    @Crdesigns111  13 років тому

    450's are no competition, like a 4+ mil cheetah cub banshees are the only ones that can beat it.

  • @mficken31
    @mficken31 13 років тому

    Ohhh I will with the amount of money I just spent rebuilding entire bottom end and new tmx carb, ESR kit , it should come out perfect with the trx5 cm pipe. How do you do vs other competitors like 450s n banshees with your 310?

    Btw, it's called play riding... Not sure how you're supposed to hold the throttle wide open or closed in tight trails. Try riding a big bore two-stroke sometime before you comment. Thanks!

  • @xforce687
    @xforce687 12 років тому

    how do you get boats from that, and I've been told that when you run the throttle that way, like reving it up and down, it messes up your carb pretty bad, at least that's what Im told...

    UA-cam is great fun it would be nice if the idiots with nothing positive to say would keep their mouths shut. What this video boils down to is that the fella on this quad "likes it" had fun on the hill this day and shared it with everybody and could probably care less if he's ridding your bike preference...It's his throttle he can blip it all he wants. Thanks for sharing the video dude I have a raunchy 4mil Banshee that would be lots of fun on that hill.

    ok, because my lil bro has an xr 70 and he would like rev it up n down, and now it leaks to much gas from the carb, so I was wondering.

  • @Tristan729
    @Tristan729 12 років тому

    How is it damaging? Can you give me a good reason on how its damaging? It's a two stroke there meant to take beatings.

    Hey man i just bought a 87 trx 250r with a 310 esr kit on it was size jet you think i should be running its got a TMX mikumi bore carb on it if that makes a difference.

    hey man i gotta problem with mine. sometimes it backfires when i try to start it. i can ride it only in the low end power if i try to give it some throttle it feels like its missing or to lean. you think it can be the CDI? the woodruff key is fine and i stator looks clean too. reeds look fine. carb is clean. what do you think?

    Hey 2BrothersRAVEN: Widowmaker is steeper that it looks on camera you should know that man I watched your video of the Big Murph climb and even though I've never been there I'm sure you can agree that it is much much steeper in person in real life than on camera. It takes a lot more ponies to get a quad moving up a hill in loose sand too.

    @CameronWoodward107 HAHA, 5k off the showroom floor in 1987. It's easy to put 10k alone in aftermarket parts into a bike. Some guys put 30k into them, mine probably has between 10-15k into it altogether. I didn't spend that much on it, and I pity the guy that did. Shit, when I bought her I was provided with $6000 in receipts from 2008 alone. Keep hatin' bro, that's what UA-cam's for... AMIRITE? LOL.

    @CameronWoodward107 LOL, I payed $3k for it the way it sits and it would smoke any piece of shit 450 your gonna find on craigslist for 4k, even with 3k in aftermarket parts on it... What's that gonna buy you? A yoshi full race and a power commander, maybe a couple fox stickers you can put on the bottom of your rear fenders to look cool?? LOL.. Good luck with that bro. Like I said, quit hatin.

  • @CameronWoodward107

  • @CameronWoodward107
    @CameronWoodward107 14 років тому

    @codeman11185 yeah that was back in 87, id only give you 3500 the way the bike sits right now, thats kool that means that the bike had alot of problems if you had to spend that much on it, i can go out and buy a yfz450R and put less then 3k in it and it would eat up ur piece of shit bike =]]
