I can see a person with a drug or alcohol problem not seeking help, or just being reckless or irresponsible with money and making bad decisions,or holding onto toxic people.
She is a college graduate and honor student. Once a marathon runner.
Beautiful, honorable, loving, giving and a soul with so much to give. I don’t understand. She never made any poor choices. She is evolved and conscious and considerate of others needs. She is Vegan because she won’t take part in the slaughter of animals. She prays meditates, positive affirmations, vision board, and helps others. We know there is a reason for all this, but it has not been shown to us. She has completely lost her independence and I have been caring for her. Her 20s are almost over. The hardest part is she is not believed by her father or grandparents. Just because someone isn’t covered in leprosy doesn’t mean you can’t be sick. How do I give her hope when her own family has rejected her? How do I give her hope when she may never be well? How do you endure suffering?

How do you cleanse your toxicity?
I feel like i have not been me. Trying to be like someone else that people could like,respect more...
And i have healed from narcisstic abuse ,and is still healing i guess..
I'm more happier now!
But the toxicity. How do you know if you have it in your mind?
I have had a hard time forgive all the bad things people have done to me..
And i haven't let myself feel all the hurt. So when i meditate,i just burst intp tears over and over again..
But i have a hard time letting my mind just rest..
It's so hard..i want to to something all the time.
And i realise i have lied to myself.
I have. Big time.
And i'm ready ro take the responibility,own up to what has led me to where i am right now.
I got a message from my guides or the creator that i should let go of my burden.
But..what are the burden? Was it my inability to not forgive ?
