Hey, you can use a semi-bold 600 in your BODY tag, then use regular 900 in your H1, H2 (in your CSS)

No. You're going to piss users off. Google fonts sites have connectivity
issues on a regular basis(regardless of how Google lies about this
fact) and when this happens, the page(s) with Google fonts will hang for
your potential users/customers. You've been forewarned.
