have so many of Zepter products but I am extremly disappointed with you aftersale service. Have been waiting for three weeks to hear from your reapir service in Toronto. For company of your profile it is unacceptable, and I feel ashamed advertising you so many times in my house to all of my friends. Never again Zepter.
