The person having a breakdown was literally having a mental breakdown , not purposeful dramatic Karen. You can't always tell when a person is legitimately intellectually disabled or a jerk. DD people cannot help it. The " normal " people have a choice in their behavior. Now I think the woman filming had every right to document the behavior since the lady could have attached her. But that white girl is definitely in assisted living and on meds plus has a therapist. She obviously doesn't do well in public and needs her staff when she's out shopping. I am staff for these people. Very unpredictable behavior when out in public.
