Ive seen the enchanted forest glitch before but never that boatman one or the star rune, that's wicked. Ive seen people fall thru the map at the lake but you can literally just.. hop over the door lol.
I just finished the game (100% clear) in 7 and a half hours yesterday for Halloween. I have a tradition of playing this game every Halloween. It was definitely my personal best. But this? Holy crap... This is... incredible! @.@ I am fascinated.

Yup I had several of them. That one and the one with Tony hawks pro skater. Musashi some knight running one. I forget the others. They had several demo disc's I remember. I guess Sony did a promotion for some games, smart idea to grow the new console out.
I rember playing this at my friends house because i didnt have a console at that time and we always got stuck on the or the hilltop Mausoleum boss 😂 it was very frustrating and now i see your wonderfull video just so u can beat it in 20 min. Glad you enjoy it. Normally no, you cannot take a rune from one level and use it in another. The reason I can do it in this case is because I am using a glitch to bring the save menu into the level

Yesterday I was trying to learn inventory glitch but I dont know how to do it , when Dan jumps or is in action its impossible to use inventory select on joystick just doesnt do anything , how do I learn inventory glitch?@@NoobKillerRoof
I remember someone in other video that say the glitch at 17:45 is not possibble on console becouse crash the game. So tecnically the world record must be on real hardware

Hello this is impressive speed run :) well I have one question : at 18:00 how is that possible? you have to heal the skeletons with your own HP so they can survive and fight for you , how do you do this? I mean you just look there and they win the fight ... is this some glitch or am I missing something?
@@therianaruana6007 You can see that I open the inventory right before I activate the cutscene in the center of the room. Having the inventory open during the cutscene will stop half the enemy soldiers from spawning

We use ePSXe. There is a glitch we do that can crash the game, and the crash is much more difficult to avoid on console. So while fast disc speed would save some time, it's balanced by being unable to perform the soldier despawn, making emulator and console about even with each other
That's level looping - we can fall into the void infinitely and land where we want. Check The History Of MediEvil Speedruns video for a full explanation
It is to do with your position. At the end of the cutscene you are in the center of the room. This happens to have all your soldiers and only 4 of the enemies in view You can see at the end of the fight when I move further to the other side of the arena they come into view and spawn
I found that even when the game is paused, not everything is paused. Some events will continue to happen. The dialogue that tells me I earned the dash is one of these. If I'm paused when the dialogue is meant to appear, it fails to show, saving 3 seconds
We are using the speedglitch. If we mash to move in a direction with a certain rhythm, we can move a bit faster. I'm using autofire on L1 to make this easier on my hands

I did a trick called soldier despawn, so there are only 4 enemy soldiers instead of 8. This means that I automatically win the fight
