Do 9b pencils have a softer lead than an 8b

I think your stencils are great but quite frankly drawing the flowers and leaves are the easy part, I struggle with the stickers and the rest more than anything. I love tooling and carving and have improved greatly but I struggle with the art and drawing part. I usually use tap offs and stencils and just fit it in with what I'm working on.

What can of tool do u use for mark your border that’s not your ez tool right ?

Like the templets, also where do you get your pencils B9 all I can find are 4 and 8's.

I order the 9b pencils online. I like the Mitsubishi brand best. As much as I hate Amazon, that is the only place I have found them.

Will this work with a stylus instead of a pencil? Doesn’t a pencil leave marks that would be seen even after tooling?

That is why we use a soft graphite pencil 9b so you can erase and not leave a mark. We draw most of our patterns directly on with a pencil
