Over the Top -- by Tom Brier, played by the composer

Tom takes this one at a slower tempo than usual, demonstrating it for Adam Swanson seated next to him. It's really nice at this speed!
At the end of the video, you hear Tom say, "Now..." What he said was, "Now, at tempo, it sounds something like this," and he proceeded to play it at an over-the-top tempo.
Tom wrote this one in 1995.
