This is the home of a young NBA in his rookie year, he sells for "cheap" when his contract doesn't get renewed. A place a defense contractor buys as an asset.
They have the best duo dynamic I know of lol. A trashy New Yorker who's quite smart and makes cum jokes all the time, and an Extremely well spoken, Intelligent documentarian, who makes cum jokes all the time.
