A: I generally use a 2b drawing pencil and artist sketch paper, sometimes Bristol. Check out my Art Supplies video for more information. • Drawing Supplies
Q: How do you record your videos?
A: I use a Sony Handycam HD to record my videos and Adobe Elements Premier for editing
Q: Can I send you mail?
A: Yes! Make sure you check that the correct postage is on the envelope or it won't make it to me.
Q: Will you write me back?
A: If you include a self-addressed stamped envelope, I will reply back to you! :)
Q: Can you draw a picture of my dog. horse, cat, Mother (Etc)

Q: How can I get better at drawing?
A: The biggest thing you can do is keep drawing! Never give up.
Hairs the most fun to draw for me. Faces have a lot of rules, but hair you can do whatever.

Sometimes before going to draw I'll watch a video of yours, copy it for practice, then go draw my own thing. It's really helpful and seems to do a lot of good since I prefer to draw my own characters rather than others so when you make a video that doesn't involve any specific characters I don't feel like I'm stealing someone's art. xD

i have the problem of that i can draw the clumps/locks but idk how to put detail into it like the individual hairs almost. so it looks really plain and white and undetailed i guess
You should try shading
i do shade but i can't draw the individual hairs
juicecoo look at your own hair or use reference photos, shade, add highlight and make sure to add lines going through the highlight to show it's not just a white blob in the hair. Hopefully this helped

Hey Valerie I wanted some advice with patience? I love to doodle and draw and etc. yet I'm not known for patience and tend to rush a bit to much. I get easily frustrated and angered if things don't really go fast enough. By that I mean not with the drawing but skill. I get a really amazing image in my head but when I go to sketch it out it kinda crumbles and doesn't work out the way I wished for it to do. Then I usually get mad and give up half way through with the sketching. I love art and I want to have some decent art skill and I've practice many times before but I can't seem to find my style and way I want to draw. To me, it's honestly, in my opinion, very depressing how I can't be patient and make beautiful art like you. I would appreciate it a lot if you could help me with that, and if any other fans of yours can help me please reply with some advice because I really need it.
