Amazing work Jeffrey!! Before you apply charcoal onto the paper using q-tip, do you mix the charcoal in anything so it sticks better to the paper?
it's all charcoal
no it's just Jakar charcoal
My biggest problem using the grid method and using 1 block at a time is that the finished square always seem to show the block.
it takes practice and patience to be able to merge each block with ease. Just keep practicing it with either charcoal and graphite or both mixed and see which one works for you
