Sifuna you had better vote for it when the Kindiki bill & law appears in the Senate. 5) Azimio contrary to the tenents of democracy insist that the minority in Parliament must get their way. But this is NOT the case ANY WHERE in the world. The minority must have their say & the majority their way. Hence Sifuna needs to stop pretending ignorance & shock that KK is doing the same thing Jubilee & ODM did in the last GOK. 6) Azimio pretends they want a subsidy for food. But when their subsidy for maize in 2022 was withdrawn after 28 days they never objected & never did ODM arrange for Maandamano against its withdrawl as they were in political prostitution with UMK/Jubilee. Sifuna kindly spare us the self righteous claim for lawlessness & hypocrisy & double speak.

Q1) Why has Siuna refused to answer Latiff's Q on their past behaviour?
When ODM was in bed with UMK Sifuna is on record on a prime TV morning show telling us ODM has done its part on talking for the people let others do it. Gov Gladys Mwanga had exactly the same stand in another show!
So NOT surprising that Sifuna does not want to answer queries on ODM sins against the people they are now PRETENDING to be concerned about.
Q2) Why should LSK deregister SIFUNA as a lawyer?
Sifuna has publicly declared they will break the law & will not give notice for the maandamanos. Plus even the notices they have given so far do not provide the necessary info required by the public law act.
Q3) Why does Azimio need to be charged in court for economic crimes against Kenya & Kenyans?
Each time they do their maandamanos they lead to huge economic losses to very many innocent Kenyans. And constitution article 24 provides for limitations for rights that prevents others from enjoying their rights. In this case it is the right to engage in economic activities to provide food & shelter for themselves.
4) Why is the Kindiki proposed Law important in managing maandamanos?
It will protect all public interests when Maandamanos happen. Sifuna you had better vote for it when the Kindiki bill & law appears in the Senate.
5) Azimio contrary to the tenents of democracy insist that the minority in Parliament must get their way. But this is NOT the case ANY WHERE in the world. The minority must have their say & the majority their way. Hence Sifuna needs to stop pretending ignorance & shock that KK is doing the same thing Jubilee & ODM did in the last GOK.
6) Azimio pretends they want a subsidy for food. But when their subsidy for maize in 2022 was withdrawn after 28 days they never objected & never did ODM arrange for Maandamano against its withdrawl as they were in political prostitution with UMK/Jubilee.
Sifuna kindly spare us the self righteous claim for lawlessness & hypocrisy & double speak.
