Subjective over all levels. The way you interpret a song may be drastically different or even opposite to what another person's pov is.
Personally I'm not searching for anything deeper on this one. I just recognize it as an instrumental which might evoke feelings on the audience.
However. The title Aphasia gives you a good idea what SEVEN was probably trying to express through this track.
Aphasia: Noun, Medicine:
Loss of ability to understand or express speech, caused by brain damage. Inability to communicate.

The riffs of this instrumental are incredible ... I just want to know what the voice says at the beginning of the song. It is not in the description ;-;
If im not wrong the voice at beginning is describing Aphasia ( condition where the victim have difficult to communicate ) , usually found on people that had a Stroke or some kind of brain damage.
