hey man off topic, one of my kids stepped on one of my favorite jam and drive cd's a couple weeks back. it was the slumber party massacre i got from a guy at warped tour. it was the original and i loved the hell out of it. is there anywhere i can still get my hands on one?
Dude you are blowing my mind here! There is a slim, outside chance I may have an extra copy in storage somewhere, but I don't know for sure. Worst case scenario, I could at least make you a copy of it, maybe. What's your email?
I think it is, depending on whether or not you are going to make presets that are stuffed full of blocks. I'm in the 45% CPU range currently with this preset, and I have several delays, a reverb, a chorus, a pitch block, a compressor, two amp blocks, and two Para EQs. But, I'm not running power amp or cab modeling, and I don't have a cab block. My suspicion is that adding in those items (especially if you are into having more than one cab block, and multiple IRs), will start getting that CPU up towards the danger zone in a non-Turbo Axe III. Even more so if you are using full res IRs. The Turbo may be overkill for me, since I'm running into a tube power amp and real cabs. But I wanted the knowledge that I'd NEVER run into any issues with CPU usage.
Dream warriors! Hell yeah man
I am in love with that clean tone....and that distortion .....what a tonr man
Sounds killer!
Sounds great man! What is the difference between the axe Fx three and the axe effects three turbo?
Great sounds! Please share what’s the speaker in the cab?
Those are both Mesa oversized Rectifier cabs, and they each have the Mesa-spec Vintage 30s in them (which are not like standard Vintage 30s)
