I have been following your channel and it is quite helpful. I want to comment on aac rate analysis but unable to do so....because comment is restricted. I have recently met with ualind (konark) people to know about aac blocks. They quote IS to tell us every 600-900 mm required a rcc casting. They also tell us that door frame fixing on a vertical rcc post. Please consider these two.

Yes The density of AAC blocks as per IS code ranges from 451 to 1000kg/m3 and comp strength ranges from 2 to 7 N/mm2 i.e.20 to 70kg/cm2. But when we use AAC blocks for masonry purpose the most widely used density is 550 to 600 kg/m3 n comp strength is 35 to 40 kg/cm2.

Useful information given. May I know why these can't be used for toilets and bathroom walls?
