Ah, the glorious 80’s! They had everyone but the “kitchen sink” in this! The montage showing all the guest stars of the season at once drives home the craziness!
Thanks for including the main cast as well, as I never seen the intro for seasons 2 and 3. And they are not uploaded anywhere on UA-cam. Also makes this video and the others feel more complete.
Being on after "Dynasty" sure helped this show. Aaron Spelling went to the well one too many times this season with this, "Glitter," and "Finder of Lost Loves" all premiering the same year in 1984. And this is the only one that did well. I never could get into it.
3:16 - There's Henry taking a break from Punky. 3:18 - That's Luke... wonder what happened to Laura that season. 3:33 - Schneider really moved up after leaving the apartment complex. 3:48 - Cliff Barnes? 4:00 - Audrey Landers 4:21 - Only a guest star, nothing to worry about. He's not going to cancel the show. 4:51 - Before Sex in the City, after Square Pegs. 5:10 - The guy from Quiz Kids Challenge 5:24 - Mrs. C (or Mrs. Stubing, whichever you prefer) 5:30 - The guy from Bosom Buddies that wasn't Tom Hanks. 5:32 - Good ol' Dr. Riverside (not too far of a trip from his usual hospital, RIP Charlie Siebert) 5:41 - The boss' daughter (or Donna) 6:02 - Johnny Nogarelli!
A new look, A new feel with "Hotel." Plus all-new title sequences and an all-new memorable theme song courtesy of Henry Mancini and the National Philharmonic Orchestra.
I’ve just spotted Dee Wallace and Tori spelling in that intro. They are because I used to watch one of the segments of the series back on ABC when they used to air it every Tuesday or Wednesday nights starting at either 8 o’clock or 9 PM but sometimes during school days, or parents used to make us go to bed at 9 o’clock, but when I’m in bed, I can still hear the introduction to the series because the TV they had was a very loud sometimes at night.
YOU KNOW IF aaron spelling had spent as much time trying to get his other kids over as he spent on getting tori over maybe his kids would have been speaking to him as an adult. she was clearly his favorite by the way he kept shoving her down our throats on EVERY show he had any part of. her one brother (forgot his name) who did either passions or the nbc morning soap in late 90's or early 2000's clearly was more talented and haven't seen him since. or much before that and that wasn't even run by aaron. pretty pathetic. tori bascially had a look and a smile and that got her over for years beyond what her talent should have.

Great theme and great show

wow George Clooney. 4 Oscar winners
The soap stars got featured on Hotel more than Love Boat and Fantasy Island.

Remember, ABC was "Aaron's Broadcasting Company" during this time.
4:43 He survived the Khmer Rouge, then won an Oscar for playing a real-life journalist who reported on the Khmer Rouge.
It’s the Love Boat on land!
Except it's not as humorous
General Hospital Daily Double, Stuart Damon & Anthony Geary
Wow, Sarah Jessica Parker and George Clooney.
Newhart Trifecta, Mary Frann, Tom Poston & Peter Scolari
George Clooney was actually around quite along time with guest appearances on show before he broke through with NBC ER
❤AN ALL'STAR XTRAVAGANZA INCREDIBLY OVERWHELMING❤
Would love to see this for season 4 - also with special guest starrings! 💖
Available now, sir. Enjoy.
James Brolin was so fricken hot when he starred in Hotel.
But not as hot as when he played Pee-wee Herman.

Really cross promoting Dallas this season 😁.....and SJP!
Happy Days Trifecta, Tom Bosley, Ted "Jump The Shark" McGinley & Marion Ross
The Facts Of Life Daily Double, MacKenzie Astin & George Clooney
The not-so Love Boat
Its sad that the entire series was removed from UA-cam!😭😢😥
Drew Barrymore for the win, Debbie Reynolds from The Wedding Singer & Dee Wallace Stone from E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial
2:14 young George Clooney wow!
Once again, Tom Hanks for the win, Peter Scolari from Bosom Buddies & Adrian Zmed from Bachelor Party
I see George Clooney appeared on that show. Aron Speilling would probably say he discovered him , like other actors and actresses.
A Ford Fairmont drives by the Fairmont Hotel at 1:14.
MacKenzie Phillips for the win, Mother Michelle with Nanette Fabray & Pat Harrington from One Day At A Time
Poor Tori, bless her heart... did she ever get a job where her father wasn't involved?
Violet Bickerstaff from Saved By the Bell
She was good in The House of Yes.
Revenge of the Nerds Daily Double, TNT, Timothy "Poindexter" Busfield & Ted "Jump The Shark" McGinley
nice
Anthony Edwards for the win, George Clooney from ER, Timothy"Poindexter" Busfield & Ted "Jump The Shark" McGinley from Revenge of the Nerds
stay cool
Yet another White Shadow Daily Double, Nathan Cook & Ken Howard

Her brother Randy was on Sunset Beach and that WAS created by Aaron Spelling…
Hate to say I've never heard of this?!? Must be another Love Boat type of show?I must of not been in to TV at the time!!
2:46 - On hiatus from Dallas, I'm guessing?
This was during the "dream" season
Anne Baxter’s last season 😢
The show benefitted greatly with her.
I thought Tori Spelling was 90's and onward...90210 and onward. Not 80's.
Her dad placed her in a lot of "warm up" parts leading up to 90210.
I take it San Francisco was the place to be in the 80s. Is it still the case today?
I loved every minute when I went.
I ❤️ Tori Spelling big time.
What happened to julie Parrish good looking in the 60s on that show not so much🤔
Adrian Zmed and mullet.
