The officer in charge of the presentation and the news crew just giggled at the guy's miraculous escape. Their reaction to a guy nearly blown to bits was a very chilling thing to hear.

They also require specific environmental conditions to operate.
They do remove the oxygen, but by using it up to burn the dispersed fuel. That burning creates a massive detonation and shockwave. It's basically an intentional gas leak explosion.
Negative in this situation, and furthermore its situation dependent. Not every situation will allow the time to completely explain the thought process of the leaders above us. Trust in leaderships' assessment as the foundation, and build on that with the field assessment IOT come to a proper situational assessment.

If you took out the launchers and the outpost, then the warheads would be useless. They'd have to transport them to another launch site. By horse and cart.
How did they get the mobile launchers there in the first place? Horse and carts can't pull those weights... and if they drove them in, why not use them to transport?

Another problem with this movie is the tell you the planes inventory but then throughout the movie it’s like it has unlimited ammo. Movie would be done as soon as it is out of ammo lol
