Mike, I’m glad you were able to experience a positive mental Camino while walking a partial Camino towards SdC. Yeah it’s quite normal to empty your head when you go on Camino, you just chose to empty it on vlog lol I completely understand, just take time out in short bursts as often as you can but get back to where you left off to continue the Portuguese Camino, the level of where you will be on reflection will be good for you… keep it up, love to another brother 👍
