Just happened upon this video and very much enjoyed it. A lot of agreement. It's funny, two things about Cards on the Table: 1) I liked it better than you did, and 2) it made me really wish I knew how to play the game of bridge. I envy you! I know it's emblematic of a bygone era, but I think it would be great fun to have a social circle to gather and play cards with like your grandmother did. Bless her heart.
I love Poirot. Though I recently re-read "Cat Among the Pigeons," and I hadn't remembered much about it but really disliked it upon re-read, mostly because Poirot doesn't even show up until more than halfway through the book. But I do actually love "Hallowe'en Party."
While I went on a huge Agatha Christie kick that hit fever pitch in 2020 and the following few years (interspersed with Kerry Greenwood's Phryne Fisher Mysteries mostly, along with some Dorothy Sayers and a few other authors), I still haven't read quite all of these, and I recently had to take a little break and ended up on an Austen kick instead, but I'm sure I'll be back to finish Poirot before too long. Anyway The Murder of Roger Ackroyd truly is S-tier, I agree the short stories are really not worth it overall, and The Big Four is absolutely the bottom of the barrel, it just doesn't feel like Poirot AND it also isn't very interesting in terms of "solution" iirc and is just cobbled together. I guess I still rated it 2 stars "it's OK" because it's Christie and I finished it and there were some redeeming episodes? Everything else I've read by her has at least been 3 stars which means "liked it" and in the case of the short stories that usually means one or two of the collection were better than the rest even if I would definitely never recommend people go out of their way to read them who aren't trying to be completist. I actually really love Five Little Pigs and I may even rank it a bit higher than you! I definitely could do with rereading some of the others you put in your S tier but, besides And Then There Were None, the other 3 Christie books I've rated 5 stars on goodreads were The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, Lord Edgeware Dies, and Five Little Pigs. Hard to translate your more nuanced ratings system to my crude goodreads stars but I will say Hallowe'en party got 4 stars i.e. "really liked it" for me so seeing it at A is not that far off! This was a fun video to watch and even if I know I have a few relative slogs ahead of me it's nice to know I've got the worst one out of the way, plus there are still plenty of your B tier left, and even one A tier since we're counting Appointment With Death 😉

Good list but I'm surprised death comes as the end isn't on there, it's a stand-alone by Christie set in ancient egypt so I think you might enjoy it
It is good, a solid A from me! But this list is just Poirot novels :)
@@karyntalksnonsense you're right sorry, I thought it was every Christie😅 would love to watch that if you ever make one
