From online reviewer to wannabe drug lord. I did not see this career left turn coming. Perhaps if I had x-ray vision, I could've seen this future coming.
Rolling about in me drugs like a complete prick, rolling about like a prick
Looks like a fun game but I can’t feel fully immersed until they let you have guns. You’re telling me Pablo Escobar didn’t need a big fkn gun?
Combat would be so basic. I wouldn’t expect loud guns like in Ready or Not, but yeah I get what you mean.
@@KruglugBadax I think Ur right, there's a lot of mechanics to add when implementing guns and they're probably a small team of people. I hope they keep updating and improving it though
The game play is *addictive*.
Anyone remember playing Drug Wars on your graphing calculator?
played so much games on those TI calculators , also a lot of cheat sheets in there haha
Last night i sold 50k of coke 10k of mdma 34k of meth then played this game...
Last night i snorted some Fentayl, ran over my town naked screaming THE APOCALYPSE IS COMING, punched the police, hid in a bin and slept for 12hrs
Wake up and played this on my comedown.
Earning all that money and not being able to go to strip clubs is going to be a deal killer for me. What’s the point in having money if you can’t use it for something fun.
Is it worth a high?
For those interested in playing a proper violent game about drug dealing, i highly recommend GTA 5 with a mod called LS life.. (or if you are into meth dealing, there is an excellent meth mod, realistic immersive and all) that mod alone will scratch your itch. It feels realistic, it's immersive and has proper progression system. if you dont like that specific mod, there are many other similar mods, even one that adds the online content regarding business enterprise, MC businesses.. On top of that you can add other immersive mods to render your GTA 5 a full on realistic crime simulator.
Forget this garbage.
You might really like DDS1 if you haven't played it, it doesn't have some of your main complaints and has all the things you like about this one
its why I have hope this game will be patched up later. Im sticking to the first one till it does. The potential sounds awesome.
I agree, dds1 was a bit of a mess when it first came out but is really nice now. I am sure dds2 will also get the same love from the devs.
@@TheOneBoQuA Only issue with that though is this is released as a full game, already completed, a strange strategy taken by devs considering very short development time. I guess that they don't want to do any unpaid work beyond the initial release, which is different than DDS1 where they worked on it and took player feedback (Presumably?) until it was finished.
The programmers were high as fuck, what did you expect?
Mac last week: "I will need to call this Plant Simulator...Just in case..."
Mac today in the first 15 seconds: "DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS !"
Mac: "Selling drugs is great" 🤣
As a Geordie/Mackem/Smoggy, I refuse to believe that Mack has never been a dealer ! 😀 It's the main line of employment up there !
Scarface: The World is Yours is still my favourite drug dealer simulator.
i cant get it to run on less than 60 fps on my new pc. it looks like the game is playing on x2 speed bc I dont know how to limit fps on my windows 10 pc (which isnt that powerful btw)
@@Ezekiel-dude Damn, that's unfortunate. There must be a fix out there somewhere.
@@fosty. I did try a lot of things and didnt work. insteas just decided to play supreme commander 1
Mack Mack, in a few weeks U-boat releases the 1.0 version. I believe it's worth checking out.
All the bots are not worthabuy
i still don't know what the point of them are... they have no videos or links on their channels
At least its just the indian ones which are obvious. It's the ruski ones I'm sick of more
@@ethanwasme4307 They change them later to things like fake Tesla channels with deepfakes of Elon selling crap coins.
I think the Devs probably miscalculated how many people would actually want to play this type of game and half arsed it for a quick buck instead of making it a complete game. There's a reason why GTA is so popular, people love doing bad things in video games.
Plus we have a lack of tycoon games these days especially ones in depth that’s co op I really want a game like this to do well
The NPCs vanishing in Leaves is absolutely ridiculous lmao
Mack Mackersen, will you do Super Market Simulator too?
Great review as always. Sad they didnt add police hunting drugdealers while undercover or patrolling
When i saw your car at first, i thought it was a yellow reliant robin
Looks like a gta side mission
Reviews like this are exactly why you are my favorite game review channel!
Thank you for all your hard work and honesty!
From one (older) gamer to another, I really respect your content.
Damn! Farcry 7 looks dope. Instead of guns, you have drugs. Now you're the bad guy.
lmao, yes if they included fentanyl and drug mixing like in the first game. You can make lethal doses and mixes and kill off your whole client base in the first game, and part of the fun is having to make sure your keeping your shit clean, or not if thats your goal, and you can make the shit more addicting, or keep it pure, mix it with powder to stretch profits, but a few of your clients will probably notice and buy less often or less quantities. if you keep it pure tho your not loosing out on a whole lot and people still keep coming back. one of the funniest things ever about dds1 is you can make a bunch more money off of MDMA buy cutting it with viagra. witch is a real world tactic and coke with baking soda etc. DDS2 Is awesome and is multiplayer and has a better menue design and all that but when it actually comes down to just the drugs its seriously lacking. Im not complaining but one of my favorite parts about the first game was you can trip absolute balls. you can eat enough acid that your trying to sell drugs on mars for the next 4 in game days. acid doesent even exist in the second one so far i could be wrong but
Lots of steam reviews are saying the first one is better. Would be awesome to see a review from you of the first one.
hay, mexico simulator!
Loved the intro, totally agree! Great video as all your content :)
"Is it worth a sniff?" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hey Walter, keep playing as if you don't have a meth lab in your basement. You're not fooling anybody
The bell gets a lot of (well deserved) praise in the comments, but I rarely see anyone mention Tommy Lee Jones. I mean, that picture and how you use it is damn top of the line comedy!
The vocabulary Mac uses to describe the game sounds pretty familiar to a guy like me, who has never pushed anything illegal, whatsoever. Must be those documentaries we all watched during the 90s and listening to RAP music, right?
Gonna have to have a few shaman flutes and crack out the blue drink and chicken dippers for this one.
Whoa, .. lets hold on here. Not all street drugs are the same. This could be fun.
Mack, you should involve developers patches and updates to the reviewed game. I mean, how/if the devs. releases fixes and updates, and how frequent.. This game for instance is still in BETA. I never experienced a more buggy game, and the updates and fixes are sparse, least say..
This game shouldve been released in early access (EA) and with a road-map.
Id say to potential consumers to either wait 1 year or buy now and expect not be able to finnish missions, loose drugs and more bugs
ya i bought 1 and 2 together. I figure the time im done with 1, 2 will be ready to play
Nice vid to check out. Thanks Mac. Please wab Fallen Aces and Shadows of the Doubt.
Chimestry and law, sounds educational.
Is it worth the upgrade from the first game to the second?
Power is the only law. So it's a Power-Law.
I enjoyed the first game. I bought both together. Im waiting for it to be patched up before i play the second one. The first game I heard was rough state at launch too. Also mod support. Hope this game kicks ass down the road and addresses most of the issues.
thanks, I guess we'll (coop) wait just a bit longer then..
Not at all ashamed to admit that the line "Find out in Drug Drug Drug Drug Drugs" coupled with the pic of Tommy Lee Jones is making me laugh like a complete idiot
Mack likes making drugs confirmed.
0:36 LOL i like that argument
Mac, many were the times I completely disagreed with you. When it comes to games,I believe you are close minded and stubborn, but I like what you do. You are original, sincere, and you give even unknown games a chance.
Just waving and vanishing into pot leaves is hilarious
No guns is crazy
I feel like with a little more work they could've made that real cool
Game looks fun. 20 quid if it would be early access would still be fine. But as a "finished game" it's a dealbreaker IF the devs don't support and fix the mentioned issues.
Been waiting for you to review this one 😂😂
I played the first one, It was alright, This one looks like a big improvement! I'll have to buy it soon.
I think it's lack of manpower and time. It is quite clear on endgame quest chain. Which is just terrible boring grind, that doesnt fit into game theme at all.
So it quite likely that its just temporary solution, before they have time to do proper endgame.
And I agree that this should be definitly released as early access.
everyone knows you get thanos snapped if you inject one single marijuana
Contraband Police Simulator is the best simulator game. That one is overwhelmingly positive on steam.
After sinking hundreds of hours into DDS1, I had HUGE hopes for DDS2, but ultimately was very let down. DDS1 was so much more involved and certainly more immersive. There were problems with it and had a lot of extra potential but it had charm. Tragic the direction they went with DDS2 and I haven’t bought it, much like a lot of the DDS community until the devs wake tf up and bring the game back in the direction of why DDS1 was so loved in its own way.
you would really like GTA fivem as they have this very function. Where you have to get your stuff have your labs. Basically the same as this. The big difference is theres a lot more real people and the police are real players and theres real people as the other gangs
Drug Dealer Sim1 put down a perfect platform to build off of and seeing this seems like they took a step back in a lot of ways which is sad to see. On the other hand they improved on some. Its almost like they didn't improve on the engine and could only put so much into the game to make it better and were forced to choose what to dumb down. If I had to say, I think it is they're uncappable of making a better game honestly. Its a small studio that is indie so it makes sense with that view.
I watched you play this live the other night and thought this looks like fun, went to buy it because I thought it would be under £20, I thought £12 - £15 but I'm not paying over £20 for it
i loved the first one. im a bit sceptical on this one. i tried it but i dont like it that every npc is stationary.
And if you play Rimworld, you get to commit all sorts of Crimes :)
I was expecting Cartel Tycoon in FPS, instead I get a mess.
Mac you should play Darkwood it is one of the best horror games i've ever played and i'd love to hear your take on it.
It's fun being naughty, that's the appeal of the game.
Nice man ive been playing the crap out of drug dealer sim 1 because i cant afford 2 atm because i spent all my money on drugs
It looks good up to the point they seemed to have gotten bored making it. Imagine the dealing in a game like GTA or ARMA Life. They missed a trick with making the "AI" so flat.
I will never play it because of the context, but I'm here for the Mac!
Mack is Breaking Bad!
predicted when it came out. scam sequel simulator
Been playing this a lot the past week and really enjoying it. But yes it's definitely not finished, the next patch is due this coming week. The 'vehicles' are just fast travel points, and the melee combat is terrible. The first title had much better drug making equipment and you could pile up those packed up bags of heroin on the table, a satisfyingly visual representation of your hard work. But now you don't 'see' the drugs, kind of a weird decision in my mind.
The first one is better in many ways tbh but that one was also a mess the first year but got really well after some love from the devs. Give this game some time and it will be just as amazing or better than the first one.
Does it have the finest Benwell Chalky as a product?
Disappointed you can’t even get a dodge charger, the vehicle of choice for the North American “pharmacists”
I just don't get the island theme. They should've created a large city expanding on the first game. Running around to random people on the island looks stupid.
are you sure you bought version 2?
Sadly this game isn't worth a buy until I can have my own hippopotami.
is the game available on consoles?
Thanks mate. Have a happy
I'm so fed up with good Ideas poorly executed. That's just sad.
I think they would have been better off placing the game between the Mexico border to America, and the player starts in Mexico where everything is dirt cheap, they can sell in Mexico but will take ages to get money or travel to America on foot having to transport drugs across the border for higher payout, essentially working as a drug mule for the cartel until they can earn enough to establish themselves as a dealer
I think their decision to place game in 'paradise' is to make it flashy and visually appealing so it will get more sales until they notice the gameplay is meh. If I was a dev, I'd choose gameplay first then the graphics.
A clear sign of an immature games development company still trying to cut its teeth developing games.
The first DDS1 was good but after the initial early game slog, got boring, partly because of limited gameplay elements and/or limited freedom.
I'm paying full price for this game, in hopes that they put out a better and more complete "drug dealer simulator 3"
It's like they ran out of money with 6 months of development left to go
Hard sell, were this running around buying ingredients, selling cakes and ice cream nobody would bat an eyelid.
It's worth a sniff !!! Even Biden approved it with the SNIFF !
If only proper development studios made games like this, instead of sequel number 15 of generic open world shooter franchise with micro-transactions and other such publisher meddling.
It will be a good game In a few years like the first one
let me get this straight. they made a game called drug dealer simulator and they can't even be arsed to animate a basic handover of drugs? pathetic. literally the only thing you can do in the game and it's done by some pathetic menu. just walk up to character, press button, job done.
games are unimaginative and lacking in innovation and even basic features these days. i despise what this industry has become.
Sadly this game was made by lazy devs who almost always do the bare minimum shown countless times by their past projects, they are money hungry and pushed out a unfinished game. They are now hiring an different team to make a DLC for them when the main game inst even complete. The DLC is also just gambling and two new quests, how is that DLC worthy? they also teased guns being in the game and didn't say a peep about them being removed until the game was released. The crafting system is completely lazy and removes any type of fun in it the first DDS had, It has been getting better with updates but unless they complete overhaul a few aspects of the game it just isn't worth the 60 bucks.
So Dying Light, without the fun?
I watched your stream and decided it was worth a sniff. Im 7 hours in and its a fun kinda grind to waste time.
the game is super fun and there tons of content, but there is so many bugs, at least they are fixing them

getting my next 3.5 from mack
Just need to go into my town, sorted
Looks like it'd get old real quick
Lol! Mack thinks a farming simulator can’t be considered unethical.
Tried it for 2hrs. Was zzzzz returned it. 2 hrs of dealing baggies
It is lazy , in the first one if you took drugs You'd feel the effects of it, especially amphetamines.
There is no feedback from drugs. As far as I am concerned this is an alpha version missing a lot of freatures , sold at full box price.
Sounds like the devs started on the blaze and were fully baked by the end of the development and thought aaaah fookit that's good enough 😂
