With regard to the square footage of several of the residential properties you mentioned, does the square footage include finished basements and finished rooms over the garage [and also finished attics]? Thank you RJ, I'm glad to hear that. The square footage listed is the livable space, also known as above grade. That would include a room above a garage, however not the attic space. The basement or below grade is a separate number even if it's finished.
