not people here arguing who's better who's not, when it's obvious that jihyo is better, and the gap is quite big ngl. hitting high notes means nothing, it's about if you can support it or not. jihyo supports consistently, whereas nayeon is very shallow with her support. jihyo has an over all better technique and placement. jihyo has the widest supported range of the 3 (vocal line), she has much healthier techniques, especially when it comes to belting and overall consistency. nayeon and jeongyeon is w-a vocalists while jihyo is average vocalist. according to your logic what defines a good vocalist is their tier which is defined by their support technique and also it's about quality of their singing.
