Bnyk pergerakan like pretend mngunyah or mmg ngunyah smtg, bnyk minum air, based on my experience and observation with myself and my friends in my life, thats thing introvert love to do. Seboleh bolehnya dia akan cari sesuatu, jdikan dia punya strength utk lwn rasa awkward dia, brgntung pd keadaan dia mcm mana waktu tu. Buktinya, some viewers rs trganggu, espc that mngunyah thingy. Kita lain, jiwa lain, so rasa pun lain. Jgn samakan kesusahan kita dgn org lain, konon dia trpling struggle, or vice versa. Hidup kena lalu. Sbb tu bila dgr story org lain, kau kena dgr, bukan judge, be supportive. Dgr dan ambil sbg pengajaran dan iktibar, sbb tunggu mse je mungkin kau akan kena balik, dan mungkin lebih teruk. So, always spread kindness. Im not a fan of amir, but a few his story was relate to me. Thanks Ame for inviting him.

Gila oi episod ni. Layers of vulnerability for both throughout the talk.
Amir layers vulnerability dia boleh kata dah habis exposed. Dan dia biasa dgan condition camtu. Faham, sebab dia masih banyak nak collect. Dan dia pun dah let it open a few years back. In a way to understand a lot of things you need to be very sensitive. Tu sebab dia nampak steady. Macam luka di kulit, kalau dah beberapa waktu terluka, nanti dia kering. Pedih. Tapi tahan sakit beberapa waktu. Luka lagi. Tahan. Dah biasa.

Honestly the first episode i watch till the end. Amir Ahnaf is really something and as an introvert myself i relate to him in so many levels. PLUS IM SURPRISED HE WATCHES TVD!!! rasa mcm relaxing je nak sembang dgn dia. So excited to see new projects for him, a rising star in the making!

Minute 53, 'rasa kosong', tak semua org rasa benda ni and usually happen to those who are working for certain period (not too long in 2, 3 years). For this situation, the thing is you're okay, you have everything. You can buy cars, motor, beli rumah.. but jiwa kau rasa kosong or in another words u feel stuck somewhere like youre walking in a straight path but you cant see your path.
KAU OKAY SEBENARNYA, kau ada je kawan apa semua tpi benda ni akan trigger bila kau sensorang, and worst part akan ada yang akan trigger rasa kosong ni and feel worse (for example if im trigger in this situation i will keep bayang im losing someone i love and i nangis and lead to trouble with sleep). Benda ni kau tak akan rasa sgt bila kau dengan orang (your friends), other terms u need interaction. You akan keluar jumpa member and luah but let me tell if your friend never had this before diorang takkan faham apa yang kau cuba luah. But if they able to become a good listener thumbs up.
For me its okay as its part of growing/phase that you faced while growing up while going through ur career world. You need to find a way and deal with this situation. You dont need to cope with this situation asap as its normal. Just slowly deal with it. Takes time and dont rush. Youre okay
For me, aku suka this conversation sebab dia takde structure topic yang perlu kau perah otak untuk thinking. Dan amir pun jenis yang cool dan matang dalam menjawab setiap soalan dari host. We believe that you can go lagi jauh...akan ada lagi another project yg will be your next masterpiece! I can relate to you about that mental health, its really really important to take sometimes, break kejap and have me time...sebab bukan selalu ada masa, bila kita makin dewasa bnyk spend untuk kerja then gain money untuk teruskan hidup jer...so yah kena ada masa dengan diri sendiri build that 'thing' untuk bukan jer teruskan hidup but also design pattern life jadi lebih fun.

orang yang pernah duduk sorang sahaja boleh tahu betapa best nya duduk sorang. like at the age of 25 i baru tahu yang i adalah seorang introvert. i never knew!!! i banyak belajar pasal diri sendiri. idgaf bout people anymore like bfr this even small small things i fikir pasal feeling orang and like for what!!! i dunno its a good thing or not duduk sorang ni but i am for sure suka gila.

Srsly I quite understand what Amir going thru, the struggles , feel 'kosong' all the time but at the same time love to be alone. The life that hits you hard, you cant do anything but just living with your life even you only have one packet of maggi, the feelings that really i can relate which is ' takpelah layan jela hidup aku ceni' but the things that differentiate us rn you already have something to do with your emptiness while im still looking for something to fill my empty space here. It's true when Amir said yang bila dia trust the process it feels "kosong". Yes trust the process is good, tapi tulah I'm in my last year degree now, dah start rasa anxious ape yg akan jadi after degree, yes I trust the process tapi perasaan tu kosong sbb I nak sgt berjaya tapi I tak tau nk buat mcm mana.
