I started following Jesus in March of 2011, I never really liked Christian music the lyrics did not mean anything to me I just thought they were for the most part lacking depth and repetitious. Now mind you I had just started getting to know who Jesus is and just starting to comprehend to some degree what his sacrifice was and what it meant for me in this life and after well shortly into the Summer I was able to attend the Aftermath concert. I really didn't know who Hillsong was just that they were Christians from Australia and so I thought it might be good to go and attend a Christian type function because I really didn't know any Christians so I went and I tell you God Changed my heart through those songs, the impact it had changed my life. Suddenly the lyrics I might have before scoffed at or rolled my eyes at were completely brand new to me they had meaning and depth and the holy spirit ministered to me through this praise and worship night and from that day forward Christian music is the only music I even listen to. Its all I want to listen to, in fact when I hear the type of music I used to listen to and really listen to the lyrics now I get somewhat offended by it. I get offended by what people choose to Glorify through their music knowing full and well it was God who gave them that talent to begin with. 100% turn around in my heart now whenever I hear songs from this album they are so special to me even to this day. Just thought I would share that with you :)

+Amber Easterday Hillsong's just something else. I was a really devoted Christian years ago, and this was my favorite band. Now, let's not say I'm an atheist, but I went far from God's ways and can't find it back, I just stopped believing and though I've tried to feel his spirit and presence again, I just can't. However, I felt like listening Hillsong today when I woke up and felt... a different kind of peace. There's just something, maybe in the way they play: surrendered, devoted; that makes you feel like there's really something up there and they're singing to it.
