5:22 See, I'm glad you mentioned that. I've been slowly filling up my 2 warehouses for a double money event, and I haven't seen one in months. I plan to just fill them up and make one last sale. Now that I have a nightclub, I don't have a need for that entire business tbh. The hangar cargo is much easier to deal with and it still counts towards your nightclub cargo.
I've had all 5 large since they came out, back when it was the best way to make money. So now I use them as part of my pre and post cayo "routine". Before every cayo, I pay all the techs and run a couple other quick jobs. Takes maybe 10 minutes for everything. Then I knock out cayo, and repeat the routine afterward. Then I spend the cayo cooldown doing whatever I want (in game or irl). Rinse and repeat as needed.
Best thing I did was buy the two large warehouse by the airport and then bought a garage that’s close to the airport right next to the los santos customs and when I wanna grind special cargo, I make my spawn to the garage and then I call my terrorbyte that will spawn right next to one of the garages and just go back and forth trying to fill it up. It definitely takes awhile and gets repetitive but it’s gonna be worth it when it goes for 2xp soon
I’m happy with my little CellTowas warehouse. Great access to Terminal. I hardly ever source crates but if I need a 50k cash injection, I just run an Import/Export run in 3 minutes and I’m good to go. Combining that with Bunker/Ammunation missions, that’s a very accessible 100k every irl 10 mins or so...
I do all my sourcing purely through the warehouse technicians and in the last week through 5 of my warehouses ive gotten 14 rare cargo crates in the mix.... praying crates boosted thursday
Special cargo is an un-fun grind. Get the cheapest CEO office so you can be a CEO and have an executive assistant. Get a cheap warehouse close to the docks. This opens up mixed goods export every 48 min (easy 50k) and gives feeder to night club. Forget messing with crates. Much better things to do.
The most expensive upgrades is upgrading arena war vehicles its just a black hole for money in my opinion 😅
Absolutely the worst things to purchase in the game lol useless money pits and the only thing I forsure recommend NOT to purchase in gta

Expensive but worth it, made over 200M in public sessions just beside the rest of all businesses, but the raids are annoying but happen less when you re not ceo or president but they do occur😮
Never hold more than 74 crates per Warehouse (fill on bonus week) and you'll never be ghost raided.
Let them raid I'll show up with the Sparrow or Savage. Just ask the Lost Gang who tried or the Merriweather team that was emptying my Bunker. I've further punished Merriweather by stealing a vehicle they were moving from the docks which became supply for research and I attacked a very good convoy and took their vehicle
that's no true,i've been ghostraided before and i had less than 74 crates
@greekanimefun especially if you had a special item stored. If you don't regularly check your map, dialog or notification you may not be aware until the thieves disappear. I almost lost a large warehouse and pulled up in the Savage just in time
it will not add much to the cost but @Pooborama forgot to add the sell vehicle upgrades to it.
Also as mentioned below the raids are nasty, a method I use that will cost a little more to set it up is to source with the warehouse staff on the 2nd character and swap back to the main character and play the game with no worries of raids.
Last week i bought my 3rd big warehouse, and in 3 days I made back my 2 ,1/2 MILLION
In one hour each day from all my business I can easily make 1 million each day
At this moment I have 99 million grinding one hour each day
Once you fill a large warehouse and sell it, double money or not it pays for itself in one full sale
Until RS fix the bug on the warehouses there prices are a ripoff. You can't use it's full potential for what you paid for especially when it comes to 2x bonus events.
The warehouse by the airport is good since you can go to it after the Cayo portico scope out mission. The warehouse by the docks is also good because you can go to it after delivering the longfin
CEO warehouses are definitely worth. selling 5 is 12 mil in invt only

only reason I brought this special cargo is to gain access to the ruiner and ramp/wedge....only way rock star will get people to want to buy the business...imo to pay for a creat...when we have the hanger and the sourcing is free...just your elbow grease

I bought the two by the airport and the most expensive one, then I had money left over, so I made more money doing heists and businesses and one by one of my houses
I have 5 warehouses, a bunker, an office building, a hanger with a plane in it 3 employees(2 never do anything), a Kasaka with cruise missiles a Sparrow and mini sub, a Terrobyte, a high end apartement, a night club with 4 or 5 employees(only 1 or 2 do anything), an acid lab, a chop shop, an Opressor II with homing missiles, a garment factory, more cars and motorcycles than I can keep track of, I don't know how many weapons or what most of them are called, and around $50, 000, 000 in cash after doing $20,000,000 in upgrades. I have a Buzzard helicopter somewhere, and may have a yatch I don't remember where I left it though. I live out of the night club more than anywhere.
Far as cargo, I do both, I send my employees out to source it and I do the missions also, the hanger lets you do that, and you can run some missions out of the Terrobyte.

I bought all 5 the same ones on eastern side of map on discount I had other businesses already and I grinded to fill em all up n sold when full in public lobby to get the most money they paid for themselves on first sale I've been playing that account now since July and have sold them all 3 times soon to be 4 in a day or 2 its great to make money but its more of a run in the background kinda passive thing I find it to be fun and worth it but I was setup in game before getting in on them I had 36 mil when I bought them n now I'm at 116 mil just gotta be on it n remember to go by every hour to send techs out and after having 77 crates in them be a ceo as little as possible or m.c. and hurry to fill them for the sale
